Booked a round trip from Airport to Playa del Carmen hotel for a group of 10. Easily done from their web site. They sent emails for confirmations. I was able to contact them for questions from their WEB site, by email and by phone, no problem. Used all three methods. Good, quick and professional responses. Fair prices, nice vehicles. It worked out great. I was able to pay ahead of time. When we arrived, they were waiting with the cold beers and sparkling wine that we ordered, it was a great welcome to Mexico. Direct no hassle, no extra stop, trip to the hotel. They picked up the group, on time and it was an easy ride back to the airport. We also used them for a private tour to Chichen Itza and a Cenote. The driver gave us an orientation of the area on the drive out, and also hooked us up with the best guide, Manny, at Chichen Iza. I highly recommend the tour guide. They go through a 3 year training program. We left at 8am and were able to go at our own pace, stay as long or as short as we wanted. We stayed one step ahead of the big tour buses, and thus missed the crowds. The price included transportation, entrance to Chichen Itza and Cenote IKIL and buffet lunch. Six of use went in a van. Recently used Canada Transfers a few times in Cancun. First ride was a private shuttle from the airport to Playa Mujeres. After we got our luggage and walked outside the airport, there was someone waiting holding a sign with my name on it. You never know if the person willl actually be there, so it was a sign of relief when everything went as planned. Not to mention, they called that morning to confirm and called while we were grabbing our luggage. Great communication. On our departure, they showed up at our hotel as expected, even early. We also booked them for a private ride to Chichen Itza, which I highly recommned. It's pretty expensive, but with the private ride, you don't make any stops to pick up other people, and you can take as long or as little time as you want at each site. After Chichen Itza, we went to the Ceynotes and lunch. Our driver was excellent, was patient, took care of everything for us, got tickets at each place and was just awesome. PLEASE AVOID CANCUN SHUTTLE! I had no idea how horrible they were until going with Canada Transfers. I'm calling out Cancun Shuttle because their service was a nightmare, almost making my partner and I miss our int'l flight in April 2018. Conversely, we went with Canada Transfers last week (Aug 2018) and the service was stupendous! The driver offered us a chilled moist towel upon leaving the airport, and they didn't lie charging us for private shuttle service (see Cancun Shuttle) only to pick up other passengers to drop at la Zona Hotelera when we were headed to Puerto Juarez. Our return was an absolute dream -- the driver awaiting us in a chilled van (it was August) -- instead of making us wait for 45mins (see Cancun Shuttle). It had been years since I traveled to a different country other than Canada, so I was a bit nervous on what to do in a foreign country. Booking the airport round-trip transportation with Canada Transfers took care of my worries! Booking and paying online was easy, and I got a confirmation via email very quickly. There was a bit of confusion regarding my reservation (totally my fault), but Canada Transfers called me and we figured out the problem, even with our difficulty understanding each other. They were very willing to help me sort out the problem. I had heard horror stories about the people at the airport trying to get you to buy excursions, time shares, etc, but Canada Transfers told me exactly where to go and how to avoid these people. I had no problem finding my liaison. My flight was delayed, but they knew my flight info so they were prepared for me any way when I arrived 2 hours late. I chose not to order a drink, but they did have water and cold, wet towels. I chose Canada Transfers based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. You will be, too! I didn't book these folks until the day before our trip. Had some serious doubts about whether or not they'd come through. They did. It was absolutely fantastic. We were met by someone just outside the airport and walked over to a waiting area and offered cold bottled water. The van came shortly thereafter and we were provided chilled moistened towels to cool off and began our 30 minute ride to the resort. I had ordered beers for the ride (how can you not when they are $2 or $1 (for corona) ??? I paid for round-trip service and they confirmed the afternoon prior to departure and arrive exactly on time. I have to admit that I was surprised that this service was so good and their prices are fair (very good actually) - I would urge anyone considering a ride from airport to hotel and back to consider these folks - they provided us with a great service. read more

The best way to communicate was via email. They respond very quickly. They tell you exactly what they need to reserve you pickup and departure. They don't talk your head of. Canada transfers was so seamless and easy to book. We arrived at Cancun and walked out of the terminal and the led was a sign with my name on it which made it so easy to find our driver. We had a private shuttle take us to playa del carmen which was about a 45 minute drive. The shuttle was comfortable and nice with waters and hot towels for us. I researched different transfer companies for hours and this company exceeded my expectations by far. I used Canada Transfers three times during my stay here in Mexico, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I was greeted at the airport with fresh smelling and cool hand/face towels and bottled water. Our driver was even kind enough to stop for us to grab a bite to eat on the way to our destination. The second and third were just as great! We had a driver take us to xplor fuego and back, we lost track or time while we were there and were 30+ minutes late to catch our ride and to our surprise the driver WAITED all of that extra time for us!! I can only confirm the positive reviews. We booked our Canada transfer from Cancun airport to our Playa del Carmen resort and we're glad we did. A private transfer came to $100 round trip for 2,not really cheap but it's the service that makes the difference. First of all, the great and fast communication by email when booking the transfer from home and confirming the return while at the resort. When we arrived (delayed) the guy with the sign was just outside the terminal and got us our drive right away. A beautiful and clean Suburban just for the two of us, a cold towel and fresh water in the cooler. Plus our driver was super nice, tried to make conversation without being pushy and asked us from the beginning if the a/c and music were ok. We got to the hotel quickly and smoothly. On the way back to the airport we got a van (no nice suv this time) and the driver didn't ask about the a/c and kept singing to Julio Iglesias the whole trip :) but we got to the airport ahead of time. The really great part is that a few days after, the rest of my family arrived with different flights from different terminals and they were amazing, picking everyone up without making any trouble, even with the delays. We have a travel club membership which has a partnership with another company that provides airport transfers and excursions in Cancun and other Caribbean locations. This time I decided to price it out and try one of the competitors. Canada Transfers was highly recommended here on Trip Advisor so I gave them a try. I am glad I did. Excellent service: punctual, courteous, attentive, and beats others in terms of price. We had a rep waiting for us at the exit from the airport and immediately we were given a car and driven to the resort. The same on the way back: no waiting time. We ordered drinks for the ride to the hotel and the driver had them in a cooler. They were right on time for the pick-up back to the airport. My husband and I used Canada Transfers both ways between the Cancun airport and a rented condo in Akumal, and then we and our travelling companions used them for a day trip snorkeling and to visit a cenote. This was my first experience with Canada Transfers. I had heard from some other folks that they are a reliable shuttle company and the reviews for the most part were great. We traveled from Tulum to Cancun International Airport, a 90 minute commute. My experience for the most part was great however I did have some issues. I'll start with the positives, their service is affordably priced, their communication was on point, the driver was kind, sober and a good driver & he even arrived 15 minutes early. My issues are: the Van was much older than advertised on their website and older than other Canada Transfer shuttles I had seen in the past. The interior of the van was kinda funky.. I didn't want to touch much. Eck. We weren't asked what kind of music we wanted to listen to, which could be on us for not being more assertive, but the consideration would have felt like a nice professional touch. Finally, the ceiling dripped water (?) on my husband's shoulder the entire commute.. for 90 minutes straight, constant drippage. We didn't ask for a towel because of how funky everything else was. Those pieces were disappointing. Their slogan is "comfort is on its way" I didn't feel like they totally delivered in this regard, hence the 3 stars. We did arrive safely and on time which is nice. My suggestion would be to request a newer vehicle so that you don't run into the same issues. Cheers! read more
