Great ground transportation experience in Cancun! I booked STP Caribe online the night before our travel, and received both a payment confirmation and pickup confirmation email. Upon landing at the airport, I had a text from an airport representative, Fany, and instructions on where to find her. Fany took us to our driver, who greeted us with cool towels and moisturizer and provided a very quick and very luxurious ride over to our resort. Needless to say, I booked STP Caribe for the return voyage as well. Unfortunately, I received a payment confirmation but not a pickup confirmation email, which left me concerned. To complicate things, the flight was delayed, so I wanted to adjust the time slightly. I wasn't able to reach STP's contact numbers, but I blame this on my phone struggling on a Mexican network. Once I realized they had a WhatsApp chat option, I reached out and quickly connected with a representative, who was able to confirm the pickup and adjust the time slightly. While the second ride was a van with a little less luxury, the ride was safe and enjoyable nonetheless. Will definitely use STP Caribe on my future visits to Cancun. read more

We were trying to find the most convenient way to roundtrip from Cancun to Tulum, and STP Caribe was the perfect choice. We booked them through our hotel and had a really great experience! They have a few different vehicle choices you can choose from, and we went with the limo (which was more of a mini limo,) as it was not much more than the standard cars. Both ways our drivers were very friendly and would tell us more about the city as we drove through. For an hour and half car ride, it was really relaxing and enjoyable. The car was very clean and spacious, and had a cooler filled with water and beer. You can also buy add-ons like other liquors and such. The drivers also let us connect our Bluetooth to play our own music. I also had to email them a few times to let them know about flight changes and they were always quick to respond and update our confirmation. I would highly recommend using STP Caribe for transportation. It's the best way to get around the Yucatan peninsula! read more

I've been to Cancun 2 times for work and I am now going a third and I always book STP Caribe for my travel. I was able to secure a reservation in a pinch with less than 12 hrs to my arrival time, and was even able to confirm on the phone with customer service (even tho i booked online). Navigating the Cancun airport is chaos, with a million people trying to get you to ride with them. STP always texts you ahead of time, and then texts you once the plane lands, providing a description of what they are wearing and where they are located outside to find them, which helps eliminate the stress. They hold a screen with your name and then also confirm your reservation number to make sure you're getting onto the right van. They have water in van and are safe drivers. We were SO IMPRESSED with this company! We hired them to transfer us from Cancun Airport to The Hilton Playa del Carmen and 11 days later they picked us up from there and took us back to the airport. First, they communicated with us so well before our trip, during our trip, and after our trip consistently and with very clear instructions. Our driver Oscar Cruz stayed in constant contact with us before, during and after our flight landed, even sent live pictures of our meeting location and himself! He gave us more than enough time to go through customs and collect our luggage. We never felt rushed in the least! He took over handling our luggage right away abud immediately provided us with cold bottles of water and warm steamed towels. Felt completely safe with his driving skills and he got us to our hotel quicker than we expected. Unloaded our luggage and help load it on the bellboy's cart. Perfect transition!! On our trip back to the airport we were delighted to see our driver was Oscar again! We once again got superior service and we will ALWAYS use STP Caribe when vacationing in the Riviera Maya/Cancun area! I waited nearly two hours for transport to my hotel. Operator made excuses, acted as if they were doing me a favor, even though they had been paid. They attempted to "confirm" pickup time, while I was in flight to Cancun. SMH. This is a joke. Wouldn't recommend. By far the best transportation we've experienced in our 15+ trips to Cancun. Yeah, the cars are VW's and they are not true stretch limos, which seems to catch some people off guard, but they are a super smooth and comfortable ride. The extra leg room really feels luxurious. Both our drivers we great as well. Alberto was very conscientious and polite making sure we were comfortable. Bolly was so hilarious on the way back. We hardly noticed the time as we laughed our way back to the airport. We'll request Bolly for our next trip. read more

This company with try to extort you!!! The drivers were amazing but don't use this company! My husband and I used them during our vacation for luxury car service several times during our trip and spent HUNDREDS of dollars with the them, and I forgot my favorite hat in the car. I called and asked them to send my hat with a driver the next time they were heading to the airport so I could pick it up from them before going home, and they told me they would not give me my hat unless I paid them $60 USD. I was even willing to give a generous tip to the driver, and I tried to reason with them and after spending all that money with them they still insisted on trying to extort more money for me for my hat. So dishonest! There are plenty of great transportation companies, no need to use one that is dishonest. Go somewhere else. read more

We booked a round trip pick up from the airport to our Riviera Maya resort. It was absolutely perfect. Antonio reached out to me to organize the pickup/drop off after I made the purchase. He was very helpful in recommending times to be picked up. When we landed and got to the outside of the airport, a representative was right there waiting for us with a sign with our name on it. He took us to our limo and carried our luggage. They were very Covid conscious, wearing masks, offering hand sanitizer, and even disinfecting the luggage before placing it in the car. Aurelio was our driving and was absolutely amazing! He drove so smoothly and got us to our destination quickly. We were lucky enough as well to have Aurelio again when we got picked up from our resort to the airport. Again, he was so nice! Bonus was the cold waters and Coronas and the free WiFi.
