I made a reservation then had to change part of it and they handled it reasonably well. Communication was good. I did not pre-pay but paid on the spot in US dollars. Our flight was delayed for about 4 hours but they handled our late arrival well. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver but he came and took us to our hotel with no problem. The only minor thing is that the "manager" (the guy who checks you in and gets a driver) tried to charge me more than what my paperwork said but we got it straightened out ok when he refunded the difference without a struggle, I would use this company again. read more

Used them to take us from and to the airport on a Cancun trip in February. Their prices are great and the service was really good. We had to wait maybe 20-30 minutes for our ride to take us to our hotel after landing but hey, it's Mexico. The van was comfortable, the AC great and the driver friendly. Cancun Airport Transportation CAT is good for transport but may not be the most reliable. We booked a private transport from Playa del Carmen PDC to Cancun to take us from a hotel in PDC and to one in Cancun on the main hotel strip - for some reason this cost $20-$45 more than a shuttle to/from the airport even though they are similar distances. CAT was less expensive than the competitor and since timing didn't matter as much, we went with the less expensive option CAT. The driver was 15 minutes late but did give us cold water for free and the van was air conditioned. The drive from Playa del Carmen PDC to Cancun took about 1 hour. Regarding transport to/from the airport, we decided not use CAT based on reviews which cited lack of reliability, timeliness and customer service - they are priced competitively. We might use them again but we would definitely not use them for transport to the airport where being on time matters. read more

YUP, the bad reviews are true and wish we read these before our trip to Tulum. Horrible customer service and got hung up on by a representative because they sent our driver to the wrong hotel and driver was then no "longer obligated" to pick us up because we were a "no show". NO SHOW for a hotel we weren't even staying at. We wait outside 4:30AM sharp with our hotel security and waited even 20-30 minutes for the driver to arrive even after we told him he was at the wrong hotel. They called and the driver (felipe) said he was never going to come pick us and did not want to speak to us despite us waiting. So we shelled $2000 pesos for another taxi to bring us to the airport. Don't do it. You'll just end up having to do a dispute like we did. Even worse miss your flight. Very unprofessional and ridiculous in honestly. The woman representative on the phone was so nasty and wouldn't even pick up the phone even after she hung up. We were pretty rational and professional but she wanted to act like a child. Look up this company online and found a scam number for them. Do not use this number +1 (844) 757-9821. I called and they quoted me $67 round-trip for two people from Cancun to the hotel district. Every other company charging around $200 This was an obvious scam. I'm not sure if that scam is organized by the company itself or someone posing as the company but beware. read more

Tuve una pésima experiencia con Cancun Airport Transportation. Realicé una reserva para un traslado desde el Hotel Sandos Playacar al aeropuerto de Cancún por su página Web, pero no se presentaron a retirarnos. A pesar de que la página web de la compañía pregunta: Línea Aérea en que viajas, Número de Vuelo, FECHA y HORA de salida de tu Vuelo y luego te sugiere automáticamente la hora de retiro (4 horas y 30 minutos antes), ellos afirmaron que el error era mío y que había pedido el transfer para el día siguiente, pese a que claramente en mi reserva aparece el dia y la hora de la salida de mi vuelo. Además, cuando no aparecían, intenté comunicarme con ellos a través de su canal de WhatsApp y teléfono, pero no recibí ninguna respuesta hasta 10 horas después de que tendrian que haberme recogido. Después de 35 minutos de espera, tuve que tomar otro servicio de taxi para llegar al aeropuerto a tiempo, obviamente a un costo mayor al que tenia presupuestado. Luego, lo insólito, la atención al cliente fue horrible, no se ofreció ninguna disculpa o reembolso por un servicio que no se realizó. Solo se me culpó a mi por un error que les corresponde a ellos y su deficiente servicio de reservas por su página Web. No recomiendo este servicio a nadie. Por mi parte, nunca más los ocuparé. After a 4 hour flight, the last thing you want on your birthday is to wait 3plus hours outside. Unfortunately this happened to not only me but about 6 different couples. Initially there was only one person Victor Jesus and he was very thorough. Doing the best he could under the circumstances. The issue is in the booking site. Surprised by the negative views, didn't see them before I booked and overall this company turned out great. I booked for same day pickup from the airport. Process was smooth. Look for the cancun airport transportation sign as depicted in the confirmation email. We waited about 10 minutes after meeting the rep for our van to come. Private transfer, nice vehicle. Pickup from the hotel was also timely and smooth. The price seems competitive to other places, would choose this service again if hotel doesn't offer cheaper transfer. read more

Wow a few bad reviews for this company definitely sucks the energy out. As for my visit we where fortunate and had a great airport experience. After missing the window to schedule a airport pick up with our resort I turned to Google. Finding the company "Cancun luxury transportation". After booking we were sent a confirmation email with detailed information on how to proceed once we cleared customs at the Cancun airport. (They are even kind enough to give you detailed information regarding some of the "sales tactics" around the airport. There are many people who will try to sell you something as soon as you land). Keep on walking to your designated platform and this company will be happy to assist you with your reservation. Upon arrival we located there platform 64 from terminal 3. There were two gentlemen from the company that took our information and about 10-15 minutes later our car arrived (Black Ford expedition SUV, party of 4). Our driver was bilingual and greeted us with drinks as he collected the final info on our destination. We where pleased with our service. * The couple standing in line ahead of us had also been to the Cancun airport previously and use the same company, they told us they came back a second time because of the service. read more

We booked an airport taxi from our hotel in Cancun to the Cancun airport on December 26 for pickup Dec 27 for our return flight back home for our honeymoon. The website was super easy to navigate and it automatically entered a pick-up time for us. The driver showed up 15 mins early and took us right to the door we needed to go in at the airport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is a horrible fraud. A sham. I paid $175USD 1 week before our trip to cozumel for a luxury vehicle to get us from Cancun airport to the playa del Carmen ferry and back again. When we landed in Cancun the company rep in the transportation lot said he had no idea who I was despite me showing him the email confirmation. I called the customer service on the website and they had no idea who I was either. The guy at the airport eventually came back and said my card was declined but I had a cleared charge with amex over a week before, for the $175. After half an hour or more standing by transportation and deciding we needed to just take the bus, my wife and kid were utterly terrified that we were in bad shape, the guy put us in a random suv that pulled up, which was shady at best, but it was "luxury" by transportation standards. After some debate about cost and making sure there were no surprises, we got in the vehicle and the driver got us to the ferry. While in cozumel I wanted to make sure there were NO issues on the return to the airport from the playa del Carmen ferry, so I sent 2-3 emails and they were answered by customer service confirming the time and making sure I was on time because there is a "15 minute courtesy wait" before the driver leaves. We arrived off of the ferry at the playa del Carmen side 30 minutes early and were waiting at the street right where the first driver dropped us off. Dozens of cars came and went but not ours. I called 25x while we waited. I pulled up the chat window twice. I went to the booking website and they claimed the reservation was not theirs. Someone eventually called me while I'm in a $75 taxi back to the airport and running late and I told them I need a refund and they hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I was very displeased with they're services. When we arrived at Cancun, Mexico, transportation was not available. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes. The driver who drove us to the Grand Luxxe Rivera Mayan was very pleasant. We had a pick-up of 8:10 am with a grace period of 15 minutes. We arrived at 8:10 and were ready before 8:25 am but it didn't matter. The bellhop informed him we were there, but he drove past us as we were trying to wave him down. When we called the agency, they informed us he had told them we were a no-show. I would NOT Reccomend them. It was cheaper and more dependable to take a cab. read more

We booked round trip with this company to ensure smooth transit and guaranteed service from Cancun airport to our hotel in Tulum and back. Upon arrival at the airport we waited for the driver for 15 minutes and then representative asked us to pay full round trip amount of $335 otherwise refusing to provide the transportation to the hotel (this made me feel uneasy but we paid anyway securing a receipt). We were then provided transportation to the hotel. The driver went at least 90m/hour, BTW. The day before our departure from Tulum I reached out to the company confirming pick up at 10:30am (for a 2:40pm flight departure). The day of departure, I received a phone call at 10:15 from a driver informing me he is running a little bit late. At 10:30am, I received a WhatsApp text from the company stating they will probably arrive to pick us up at 12-12:30 due to an accident on a HWY. Understandably, it would result in us missing the flight and I told the representative we will not be able to wait and we would miss our flight. They told me, I am more than welcome to use a taxi instead without an offer of reimbursement. I reached out multiple times via WhatApp and via email requesting a reimbursement for the trip back to the airport which was $167.50 without ANY RESPONSE from the company. They completely ignored my inquiry about reimbursement for the service they did not provide. We scrambled to grab a taxi and made it to the airport on time. The taxi was also cheaper ($130). I am still awaiting to hear from Cancun Airport Transportation about reimbursing us. If you chose to risk and use this company, do not pay them in advance (as they will not reimburse you if they don't show up) and make sure you have plenty of time and a back up plan for the alternate transportation. Or just use taxi, it's much cheaper anyway. read more

I wish I could give them a zero. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have never in my life had worse service. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was provided yesterday. I have never in my life experienced something as unprofessional as my experience was yesterday. I booked a luxury vehicle to pick 4 of us up at the Cancun airport and drive us to the JW Marriott. When I made the reservation, I indicated that we would be landing at 7:00PM. We were done with customs and immigration by 7:30PM and had our bags. The driver did not arrive until 8:30pm. We waited 40 minutes for the driver to come in the parking lot with the guide. But not only was the driver obnoxiously late, but I also added a bottle of wine as an extra and he did not have it. After traveling for an entire day and paying for a "luxurious service," the least we can expect is that a driver shows up on time or with what we had PAID for and asked for. Neither were done. After waiting for 40 minutes, he finally arrived. He then proceeded to drive us to a gas station to buy the bottle of wine I ordered. Once he got the wine, he did not have a bottle opener. There wasn't even a single glass for us to pour it in. I would not have paid for a bottle of wine (that ended up being significantly cheaper than the one I had purchased) if it was just to simply take it to our hotel room. We missed our dinner reservation because of your lack of professionalism. We are on vacation for a limited amount of days. When any customer pays for a service, they should receive what they paid for. I could have taken other car services but I regretfully chose yours. This was actually pathetic and I am requesting a complete refund. We tipped the driver $20 USD even though he didn't deserve even $5.00 USD. I will certainty never use your company again or even recommend it to anyone I know that goes to Cancun. I will be accommodated because this ended up being more inconvenient then anything. I have zero idea how a company that provides a service like the one I experienced yesterday is still in business. read more
