Thanks for the insult, not every place thinks you're a criminal because you make a mistake. Yes customer service is great....until you have made the payment, then no answer to change of appointment requests etc. They did not include the cleaning utensils, which the audiologist said was very important. Perhaps I'm expecting too much for a $5,000+ purchase. Three years from now I will be going elsewhere, anywhere else will be a major improvement.

Not once did I raise my voice or showed any anger. Her face and chest started getting red. On top of that, she wasn't considerate as she started talking to me while holding my hearing aid (when fully aware that I wouldn't be able to hear anything without it). You work in an audiology clinic, it's common sense to give back your clients' hearing devices when you're trying to have a conversation with them.

When my daughter was born I could tell someting was wrong when she was around 3yrs old. She needed…read moreto be close to the TV or radio to hear it. We took my daughter to Union Hearing when she was almost 4yrs old. Nick and Chris were both great and explaind all they could about what was happening with my daughters hearing. They are very kid friendly, and work closely with everyone involved. I went from being a worried and upset parent to feeling great that there was a company like this with these two guys out there for my child and to help her hear again. She has been going to Union Hearing for her whole life and gets treated like family. Once a year Nick and Chris also held a fundraiser charity event to help kids who were less fortunate and could not afford hearing aids. They were givng these kids a chance to hear for the first time. Now my daughter is 24, College graduate and Manager at local Bakery in Pickering. She has plans to get married at the end of this year. If it wasn't for Nick and Chris and Union Hearing in the beginning, I don't know what would have happend or where she would have been today. My doctor referred me to them for a hearing test because I noticed tinnitus in my left ear. They…read moresaid they'd send the results it'd take a couple of days. Weeks pass and I contact my doctor- they hadn't received the results. I contacted HRC and they said they would send the results. Their results said I had hearing loss in the right ear. I did another more in-depth hearing test at Toronto General Hospital and my hearing was better than normal. Maybe the tinnitus went away on its own and my hearing improved? Unlikely. Dr Bailie at TO General Hospital said that a reduction in hearing that their tests indicated would be definitely noticeable. I didn't find Hear Right Canada to be professional, thorough or knowledgeable.
