I had a hornet's nest in my light socket, which was above the very top of my front (outside) door. The guy who came over was older, and on the phone he had mentioned that he'd been doing that job for 50 years (I think his name is Doug). So I thought he would certainly do the job properly & professionally - I was wrong! When he arrived, I asked him where his ladder was, and he said he did NOT need it. I replied that he should use one, so that he doesn't end up spraying my entire front door, and making a mess in the process. I even offered MY ladder, but he didn't want it. Thus, I mentioned that I should cover the door and the landing area, and he responded, "Don't make a mountain out of a molehill" - his exact words! Due to Doug's very disrespectful comment to me, and the fact that he did NOT want to use a ladder, nor insert the NEW 'bulb' in the socket (he told me to get someone else to do that), I let him go before he even started (I did NOT give him any money). I found someone else - with a much better attitude, and who used a ladder. Doug does NOT respect women, because I'm quite certain that if I was a MAN, he would NOT have made such an asinine, disrespectful comment! What a jerk! read more

These guys know what they are talking about. I'm a landlord and these guys spent 30 mins alone teaching me what to look out for to prevent bed bugs from even happening. I will be using them for pre inspection services to prevent future bed bug infestations and if god forbid it happens again at one of my rental properties.
