I could tell he was proud of the outcome and was concerned we were happy. Last but not least, his company has paid for a cleaner to go through our house to clean up any dust left from the work. After dealing with a gentleman from TELUS (Andre) I realized how long it had been since I had an issue with any business where I truly felt listened to and understood It has been a very long time. I understand that today there are Scripts that people must follow when they're working for any business and I understand that but this gentleman was different . I knew within five minutes that he was really listening to my problem and he was explaining the situation to me as well as taking the time to find out the answers he wasn't sure of from his superior. The issue itself doesn't matter but what shocked me was after about ten minutes I realized Weather it went my way or not I completely trusted this man did all he could and I would accept graciously. Our world needs people like this young man TELUS I don't know if you have a Human Resources Department But this gentleman should be in charge of that department We tend to write more complaints then complements so I wanted to take the time to share this compliment and I hope all in charge at TELUS realize what they have in this young man and give him a promotion or a raise or both . We had to switch over due to work insurance almost 2 years ago now. It has been constant problems…read moresince day one. Scripts not being filled on time to constantly owing remainder of scripts. Scripts that I get every single month indefinitely. When I called to get the remainder of my script delivered today because I am not feeling well they said they couldn't until tomorrow even though I should have had my medication when I woke up and simply not true because I have had it delivered the same day before. I have spent so much time going back and forth with issues and calling my doctors office even having meeting with pharmacist to try to get things on track there are still constant issues. If you don't have to deal with Lawtons I'd recommend anywhere else. Counter staff are kind and friendly but pharmacy is incompetent. For issues to continue this long is ridiculous and unprofessional.
