In store McDonald's refused to give 1/2 cup of heated water for warming a baby bottle. Manager was present and insisted they would charge for a tea to give the water. Customer watching the interaction was also disgusted at the poor customer service choice.

Finding tires to fit a BMW Z3 was a challenge but locating someone to install them on a Sunday was the most difficult. Service centers are not open and we called everyone we could find. As the desperation was setting in, we received a call back from George at Canadian Tire with news that he had arranged for someone to come in to install our tires. The stress was lifted, we just had to get off the ferry from Newfoundland and make it to the store. When we arrived at CT, George was there with DJ, both coming in on their off day for us. We wouldn't have made it much farther on our tires and we are so grateful for George. It was pure luck that I got him on the phone Saturday. Great people, great service. Thank you so much.

Typically this job takes 20 minutes, I have never experienced such terrible service at an auto shop - would not recommend using this service.
