The quality of his work was poor, his communication was terrible (he would disappear for weeks and be non responsive), and he would make excuses for why he couldn't show up. What should've been a short project took nearly 18 months to complete. He cut numerous corners, and we've since had to bring in multiple contractors to assess and correct his work. Throughout the process, we paid Matt on time and treated him with respect. We would never recommend him.

I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.
