This company is great! I hate to spend my hard-earned dollars on tree-trimming and removal; but this time it was money well spent. I initially got estimates from 3 businesses to trim about 7 large trees, and remove about 4. Two of those companies wanted at least $5,000 (ridiculously overpriced). Canales agreed to charge only half ($2500). We set a date; they showed up just when they said; and a crew of about 6 hit the ground running. They were like surgeons; very efficient, thorough and knowledgeable, as well as very caring of my property. They made sure to trim everything I wanted; exactly the way I wanted it, to include removing all the surrounding dead branches. It was a big job. It took them the whole day to finish, but when they were done, my trees looked amazing. The crew cleaned up and picked up all the debris. I was extremely pleased with their work and very proud of how they made my yard look. If you're a homeowner like me - - suspicious of companies overcharging, and worried that they'll only do a mediocre job, then hire these guys - Canales. Their head guy, Wilmer, is very reliable. This is the second time I have used Canales Tree Service and again had a wonderful experience. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Wilmer Canales is very honest and gave me a very fair price for my large job. They scheduled my job for the time that I requested and showed up on time! They efficiently cut up and removed a very large pine that was a casualty of the March storm, removed a large half dead tree, ground two huge stumps and trimmed two very large trees. They left my yard looking wonderful with no sign of them having been there, actually it was neater than when they arrived! I will use them for all of my tree related needs, big and small. Canales Tree Service 303-642-6465 just trimmed two huge trees, a locust and a linden, a very tall evergreen, 15' redbud and chipped out a stump for me. All looks terrific and they came when they said they would, both for an estimate and the actual work. They brought several trucks and a chipper and cleaned everything up before leaving, They offered me two choices, just remove the dead branches or thin the tree, to take out branches that were rubbing, hanging over my roof or sidewalk and generally let more air and sun in while protecting from the weight of too much snow. I went for the thinning and am really glad I did. The trees look great and I don't have to worry about the next windstorm or blizzard. The dirt patch is where the stump was chipped! read more

I generally do not do reviews on contracted firms, but in this case I must. My inquiry for a quote was on June 5th and the tree and tree stump was removed on June 6th - before noon. Their equipment is the top of the line and they were VERY competitive in price. They took care not to damage any of my lawn surrounding the tree area and cleaned all the debris from the tree stump grinding immediately after finishing. The entire staff work harmoniously with each other and completed the job in less time than I had anticipated. Excellent experience using Canales Tree Service. This company knows what they are doing and their pricing seems more than fair. They showed up 8am sharp with a crew of 5 people, as well as their heavy duty trucks and equipment. They worked diligently to safely remove a huge blue spruce tree, did some stump grinding and trimmed some other tall trees for us as well.
