I was concerned about a seamless transition on the house roof because one part had cedar shingles as an underlayment while the newer part was plywood. They provided regular updates as our home was being built; although there were points when we felt like we could have called their bluff, or we found discrepancies in our design versus what was being done. Maybe just too many hands in the pot at points? nothing major. Recommendation: Be sure to understand the topography of the lots before choosing yours -- it was not communicated with us that we would have a sloped lot until the home was being built and we saw it for ourselves. Ultimately everything came together nicely and we are happy with our new home.
