They used to have management in the area where you could actually speak to a local person - no more, it is all centralized somewhere, god only knows where that is! When you have a question there is no one to call, only some bulk customer service email where you can wait days or even weeks for a response. Then I have encountered where that spawns off into 3 different areas and each is oblivious to what the other is doing and they pester you with more questions about your original issue which makes them way more trouble than they are worth using. In addition to this their programmers are idiots - I reported a bug in their report request interface which is going on 6+ weeks of back and forth emails for the simple notice that the report produced is not for the period requested. It makes you wonder where they are programming...Mars? Then there is the nickel and dime you to death costs - This company is NOT worth their fees....avoid them!

I was even sent a warning email months prior by one of his employees that left about awful the CEO is. At first I thought maybe he was just a disgruntled employee but then I realized he was correct. After my point person left, I went from being billed $350 to almost $1000 for "account management". Even worse they bill you per hour for "account management". So I was charged for hours to look into issues like why packages were lost, shipped to the wrong location, why they couldn't figure out how to package my pencils, etc. They tried to blame me for needing too much hand-holding. Unfortunately yes, I need to keep checking in when you keep messing up I switched to a different company with half the costs and twice the organization.
