I handed my laptop off to him to be repaired (broken screen hinge) and he said he'd give me a quote within 2 days or so. He ended up giving me the exact price for the part needed as well as his service fee within less than 24 hours. And of course, I'm very happy my laptop is working again! :)

I didn't know what to do the day my computer fizzled out because I was in the middle of my work day…read more& didn't know what was wrong or who to contact. Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! If you ever think your computer has burned out & died, call Steve before buying a new one and starting everything (re-installing everything & re-doing tons of work) over.
