This is what my mouth looked like after the first implants were placed!

Not no but hell no! Paid over $30k for implants and i have had 3 fall out! Dr German has been notified as well! I was told i was lying when his staff sowed my front lip to my gums! Too bad i took pictures of the entire process! I have been refused all contact with Dr German!

Before/after - Day 1 right before surgery and day 7 after new teeth were screwed in.

It's been 77 days since my All-on-4 surgery and all is great! Dr German Arzate and his staff are truly amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Arzate, Dr Cesar Ibañez and their entire staff. Before seeing Dr Arzate I had gone through a battle with dentists and surgeons in the US for a long time. Thank you Dr Arzate, Dr Ibanez and your entire staff for the life changing experience and for giving me my life back! I can now smile with confidence, eat like a normal person and I get compliments on my smile all the time now. No issues whatsoever and I can't wait to come back to have you redo my lower crowns to match the aesthetics of my new upper teeth.

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN!!! RUN FAR AWAY!!!! CROOKED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I just returned to the US on March 8th. I was very excited about the opportunity to get the work done at a cheaper price. DO NOT GET SURGERY IN ANITHER COUNTRY. COSMETIC WORK IS OK K BUT NOT SURGERY. Had bi-lateral sinus lift, 18 crowns and 8 implants, nine root canals. Been suffering from a chronic sinus infection since one week post surgery. Had to be taken to the emergency room in Cancun because of an upper respiratory infection. Found out that they perfotated my upper left sinus and one of the lower left implants is infected. I heard the surgeon arguing about the implants. BEING TOO CLOSE AND PERFORATED. Apparently Dr. Azate plays a bate and switch game with his patients. He'll sneak in additional implants for more money after you agree on one price. He's very dishonest. I'm disgusted because I brought it to thier attention and they did nothing to address the issues. Today I just had oral surgery to fix the implant that got infected. Cost an additional $1200. And may have to have the implant removed. My total so far is $19,000 for the work. An additional $3000 for the emergency room because of the sinus infection. $300 extra meds, in Mexico, extra hotel stay because the rude receptionist, didn't schedule my crowns until the day before departure. Additional 2000 for hotel. Additional 600 for flight changes, today's surgery 1200, and 600 for urgent Care for sinus infection last week. Been on antibiotics for at least 30 days. I'm very angry and my attorney will deal with them. The red flag was they keep changing thier name. That's means they are being sued by other patients. Really crooked. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!! Please contact me if you want to talk. njdr2b@gmail.com.

Implant was done poorly and rotted out. Cost me thousands to repair, and then thousands to replace.

My doctor was Dr Cindell audrey Estrada, She is the best…read moredoctor there I swear by it She did crowns and a bridge for my missing tooth, as well as multiple fillings for cavities. My experience with her was unforgettable in the best way. I have bad anxiety with needles, dentist, and the whole process however, She was extremely patient, kind, supportive, and understanding. She listened to every concern I had and never pushed anything I wasn't comfortable with. Any question I had she answered fully. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable at all times. I didn't get to thank her enough for everything she did for me.

PLEASE Read This BEFORE CHOOSING Cancun Dental Specialist…read more Picture this: you save money for months--or even years--to travel to Mexico and finally fix your smile. You put your trust in a clinic with your natural teeth, believing that if something goes wrong, they will stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I traveled to Cancun Dental Specialist to restore my four upper front teeth. My treatment included two crowns and two veneers, and I trusted the recommendations made by their clinical team. Within days of the procedure, I noticed that one of the veneers already had a small defect. It didn't feel or look like the others, and I reported my concern to the clinic shortly afterward. By that time, however, I was no longer in the country, making an immediate return impossible. Because I notified the clinic as soon as I became aware of the problem, I would reasonably expect that communication to have been documented in my clinical records as part of my treatment history. Over time, that same veneer eventually suffered a partial loss of material in the exact area where the original defect had appeared. The most disappointing part has not been the restoration itself, but the way my case has been handled. I have provided clinical photographs, X-rays, my current dentist's treatment estimate, and a detailed explanation of the timeline of events. Despite this, the clinic has declined to submit my case for clinical review unless I first provide a written dental report documenting the diagnosis from when the problem first appeared. The problem is that the defect first appeared several years ago. Requiring a report documenting what was observed at that time is, in practical terms, asking me to produce documentation retrospectively--something that simply cannot be done today. Another disappointment is that the main reason I sought treatment was to improve the appearance of two root canal-treated teeth that had become discolored. Despite the treatment, that discoloration is still visible today. After my treatment, I learned that many dentists recommend considering internal bleaching before placing veneers or crowns on root canal-treated teeth to help achieve a more natural and uniform result. Had that option been discussed with me beforehand, I would have gladly accepted the additional cost, because correcting that discoloration was the entire reason I decided to undergo treatment. After seeking a second professional opinion, I was informed that, given the current condition of my teeth, the recommended solution would likely involve crowns rather than veneers. That means correcting this situation today could require a significantly more extensive and considerably more expensive treatment than the one I originally underwent. Medical tourism requires an enormous amount of trust because once healthy tooth structure is removed, there is no way to reverse it. Patients rely on the clinic not only to perform quality work, but also to respond fairly when concerns arise. I understand that warranties have limits. However, my concern has NEVER been about asking for a warranty years later. My concern is that the issue began almost immediately after treatment. I reported it to the clinic as soon as I noticed it, but I wasn't in a position to travel back to Cancun so the restoration could be evaluated and the problem corrected. In my opinion, any fair clinical assessment should take that history into account rather than rely solely on documentation that can no longer be obtained years later. Despite the evidence I have provided, my case has still not been reviewed by the clinical team. If you are considering traveling here for dental work, ask yourself one simple question: If something goes wrong after you return home, will this clinic genuinely review your case based on the available evidence--or will the passage of time become more important than the evidence itself? I sincerely wish my experience had been different.

(One of my previous dentists had been a line backer in college.. BIG hands.) A couple years earlier I'd gone to a dental patient mill in Plaza Americas. They did a terrible job with a root canal, taking over 5 hours. Their crowns had huge spaces to the gums which constantly snagged fiberous food. Dr Christina made new crowns which are perfect, easy to clean and look totally natural... and for a small fraction of the US price. My US dentist takes 2 weeks to get crowns made..Dr Christina can have them in a day or 2. I recommended her to a female friend in the US. My friend now loves her new look and it has changed her life. This place does quality work, quickly and for a very reasonable price. Her office is easy to find and in a good part of town. It is right across the street from the Gran Plaza mall on Ave Nichupte. From the Hotel Zone you can take the R2-27 bus for 10.5 pesos. Or, take the R44 bus from Plaza Americas for 8 pesos.

Dr. Marcela Rojo de La Vega spoke very good English, and after xrays and an examination determined that I needed an emergency root canal. Her associate Dr. Diana M. I'd never had a dental experience (or dental emergency) like this before and both women were very patient, explaining everything, really holding my hand (I was alone) making me feel comfortable, etc. They made time for me to come back 2 more times to complete the root canal work before I left to go home. There were a few times I had to use Google translate to communicate with them, but it was fine. Their prices were incredibly affordable. It's a small one-story building ( a very pleasant office) located off a busy thoroughfare on a side street. Very easy to get to on the public bus. Outside the hotel zone. I would consider going back there for other dental work because it was so much cheaper than the US, yet good quality work. It's easy to reach them by regular office phone or WhatsApp.
