After purchasing the bracelet, the lady at the counter performed a short cleansing ritual on the item before handing it to you. The sales associate was helpful in answering our inquiries. Tried the psychic reading for curiosity: $30 for 20 minutes + tip. I would have tried the aura photography service if I had known they offered it as well. Overall, this visit to the shop adds a sense of magic, enchantment, spirituality, and some wonder to our day.

At this visit I was looking for a delicate sterling silver ring that our daughter has been searching for. I was surprised to find it and took a picture to send to her. In doing that I also took a picture of the wall of clocks, since it was nostalgic to our last visit. My husband then told me about the No Videos/Photos signs (sorry!). Our daughter texted back saying it was the ring she wanted. A staff member happened to come up at that moment who asked if I needed any help. She opened the case, but the ring was too big. She was so kind to look through the other sizes with me, but they didn't have more. We then walked around admiring all the collectibles and the wonderful details of the wooden German clocks. We plan to come back when our daughter visits in the Spring. Hopefully they will have her size then.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. While I was briefly recording, an employee approached me and told me I couldn't film because it's private property. I immediately respected that and turned off my video. However, even after I complied, he continued to insist that I turn off my phone completely and threatened to call security__despite the fact that my phone was already off. What upset me the most was not the policy itself, but the way I was treated. I remained calm and respectful, but I felt singled out and spoken to in an unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive manner. Being threatened multiple times after already complying felt humiliating and uncalled for. I came in as a potential customer, excited to support the business, but left feeling disrespected. I hope management addresses how customers are approached and spoken to, because no one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when simply visiting a store. The Employees features is a men .
