Update: UNSAFE after I posted this candid review, Sabrina and Jessica posted my home address, my phone number and my banking information all over the internet in an attempt to garner sympathy and rage towards me by saying my review was "targeting" them for their alleged mental health issues- which they apparently post about on their personal TikTok accounts and think I watch (what?! I can't make this up lol). I had to involve the police and a lawyer for criminal and civil issues against them it was so extreme! They are truly disturbed and should not be given access to anyone's homes. BEWARE TL:DR I paid them $1,300 over 8 hours to do a move-in clean. They only managed to "deep clean" 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, and the kitchen in that time. The rooms remain unclean - images below are of the rooms they serviced only. They said "some people will never be happy" because I complained about them being an hour late, sending/charging me for the wrong number of people, and not completing the job. This is not unique to me (see photos for a girl who had the same experience 2 months ago). Sabrina and Jessica are unprofessional and dishonest! (1) They set an early morning time for my move-in deep clean and their crew was an hour late without any notice. In fact, I messaged at the 15 and 30 min marks to check in and they kept telling me everything was fine and they'd be there shortly. When the team lead arrived, she said she told Jessica she was going to be an hour late ahead of time! Meanwhile, Jessica lied to me all morning saying they'd "be there soon" while knowing good and well her 13 year old daughter (who she sent with the lead cleaner lol) hadn't even left their house. The lead cleaner, Ashely was incredibly apologetic and I accepted it and moved on. (2) They were unable to complete the job on that visit and I agreed to a follow up clean based on my interactions with Ashley and her assurance she would notify me personally of any delays next time. The followup consisted of three people again and I paid in full ahead of time (my mistake). The team arrived on time but with only two people!! When I let Jessica know, she said "we misunderstood." You misunderstood the number "3" and my $680 Venmo??? Please. Plus, cutting the manpower of the job by 33% is not solved by a simple "I misunderstood." I was going to take a refund and cut my losses but they had to become greedy and indignant. (3) As you'll see on their site, the hourly rate is a sliding scale based on the number of people (people also including the kids they frequent send). The hourly rate for 3 people breaks down to 56.6/per person an hour. They would only refund me $140 (their two person team rate), not the $226 they owe me for their error. I explained this math to them and that I should not be charged more for less work by way of THEIR ERROR. The best way I can describe it was talking to a deranged toddler; Just heart emojis and nonsense back.... So they stole $86 from me on top of being negligent schedulers, inconsiderate of my time, and not completing anywhere near $1.3k of work. ISSUING ME THE CORRECT REFUND IS THE BARE MINIMUM. These are premium, big business prices with none of the quality assurances, accountability or professionalism. Throughout this, they have exposed an unhinged victim mentality where they believe bc they allege some form of mental illness, they are exempt from standard business practices (like sending the correct number of workers, announcing delays or using basic math with their fees) and to assert any correction or complaint is a "trigger" to whatever illness they believe they have. read more

Some people love Fridays, some people love Saturdays, some people love Sundays.... But me, I love Tuesdays. That's the day I come home and my house is literally spotless. The things that no cleaning company has touched are literally, touched. The front side of my sofa where my dog's fur has grazed? Vacuumed. The collected fur on the windowsill under my cat's hammock? This company posted an ad on Facebook, about their services several days later they got back to me and said I need a private message them. So i did, also I told them I was skeptical of a company that took so long to respond. Company wizards extremely rude, I told them, never mind, will not entertain them. Thank them for their time. They kept private messaging me, had to block them. I ask them several times to stop on social media, they kept on and on. I had send them a cease and desist. Kept attacking me on social media. Told everyone I had a fake account, it's there game pretending it never happened. This is their final warning to stop attacking me.
