I had EverClean clean my carpets today and could not be more pleased. I had a time window between 10 AM to 2 PM. I received a text at 9:30 saying they were 30 minutes away and arrived promptly at 10 AM. Sammy did an excellent job and was very informative on what needed to be done. He said the carpet should be dry in 4-6 hours. He suggested opening the windows to aid the drying and the carpets were dry in 5 hours. Great job and I will be using them again. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful of this service actually is. To me, our carpets looked bad. Having a new puppy who is working on being house trained did a number on the carpets. After a couple of months, it was time to do something about it. Keep in mind that we have never cleaned said carpets, so I was thinking they were really rough. I found these guys online, and decided to use them based on the yelp reviews. I found their website on a Sunday and asked for a Friday appointment. They gave me a reasonable quote and were able to schedule on short notice. Impressive! Today, they came by and cleaned our poor carpets. They did a walk through and assuaged the fear that our carpet was horrendous- it wasn't. They cleaned and rejuvenated the carpets. After they were done, no more stains and the carpets look fantastic! They were super informative and they educated me on the proper way to clean per stains. Pretty much, we were doing it right, we just didn't take a wet rag to the stain afterwards. The detergent from our pet stain remover was actually attracting more dirt. I could not ask for a better service and will be using these guys on the regular. I had to coordinate carpet cleaning from out of town, during a recent trip with extended family. We were helping a friend with a house that she was getting ready to sell. I had a neighbor of ours meet them after I told them the story. Our friend had a huge dog and three cats. She had done a pretty good job with house training the dog, but the cats must have thought the carpet in the den looked like a giant litter box. One of our friend's kids came with them as we were doing some other things there, and first thing out of this 4 year old's mouth is "this house smells like cat pee". We had tried spraying stuff and using some carpet cleaning products from Target and some from a MLM company. We got a good part of the stain out, but it smelled bad even after 2 tries. So while on the road, we called EverClean and they were very fair in their pricing and seemed to know the ins and outs of cleaning carpets that had been really well messed up by animals. They cleaned the carpets that I had thought were going to have to be replaced. My girlfriend and I were shocked at how much better the place looked and smelled, when we were able to get back over there after our trip. They don't look like new, but for their age and history, I think this is as good as it gets. My neighbor and I were so impressed with their work, that we both plan on calling this company in the near future to clean our carpets. The neighbor said the cleaning was professional, on-time, and I agree. This was the best experience we have had, and under unusual circumstances at that. Estimate for cost and scheduling were easy to do on the phone with Brandon and we received several reminders from him for the appointment. Levy arrived on time, confirmed the composition of each item that was being cleaned and then explained their entire process. We even discussed what the materials in our couch, chair & rugs were and how the stains happen - sometimes it felt like I was talking to a scientist who could explain things in understandable, civilian terms. "Is that my rug!" I exclaimed as Clint rolled out an Oriental that's been in my family for three generations. "I had no idea its colors were so vibrant." The job deserves ten stars. What's more, rarely have I experienced such gracious service. I rescheduled the delivery three times. My rugs have survived three dogs. I am embarrassed to divulge that one of my rugs now holds the Everclean record for urine. (I never could train that pup! He was a stray.). Suffice it to say that all five of the rugs I sent to Everclean now look like the works of art they were meant to be. (P.S. I shopped for price, too. I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to write this review. From my first call to EverClean to set my appointment, Brandon was more than accommodating. It was easy to get an appointment, the results were BEYOND EXPECTATION, and the price is totally fair. We just moved to town and I knew I wanted to get the carpets cleaned in our new place since our landlord wasn't covering it. When we actually got in our place we realized how filthy it was. I called Brandon in the morning before my appointment to ask about dirty baseboards and he offered to vacuum those as well. The carpet was TERRIBLY stained and just filthy with traffic and dirt. Brandon and his partner arrived on time for our appointment, quickly surveyed the apartment, told me what to expect and got right to work. We were finishing up some cleaning and they were happy to work around us for the first 20 mins or so. There are truly no words to adequately describe how impressed I am with Brandon and EverClean Carpet! I had to move out of state on short notice, and called Brandon after seeing reviews here. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and accommodating are only some of the words which first come to mind when thinking of my experience with EverClean. Brandon and team are awesome! I originally contracted Brandon for a hallway, living room and converted garage in my three bedroom home. Once Brandon got on site however, he sent me a text (I was driving cross country at this point) to let me know that he believed that the three bedrooms also needed work and that he was going to do them at no extra charge. Though I offered to pay, he insisted and cleaned the rooms at no charge! I have never had such an experience with any company and am used to the opposite...a company trying to up-sell services based on their "expert opinion." As for the results, though the carpets were not abused, two people and a chocolate lab and certainly left an impression over time. To succinctly describe the results after Brandon came, I will paraphrase my realtor who called to ask "Did you have new carpets put in? I was just here the other day and the place looked way different. That was a fast job." Impressive to say the least. RED WINE ON A WHITE SOFA!!!!!!!!!! How it happened it not that important. Dog jumped on sofa and head butted boyfriends glass of red wine! This was at midnight on a monday. I started calling every cleaning company I could find on the internet begging them to call me in the AM. We blotted up the wine but did not put anything on the stain for fear of setting it. (Advice given on internet.) I woke up at seven waiting for someone to call me back. No one returned the call. Finally I started calling the list again. One lady asked if next week would be fine. This was an emergency! RED WINE ON A WHITE SOFA!!! 911! I kept calling and a lovely person at Everclean assured me they would be there by noon. A wonderful gentlemen named Brett came to my house ready to tackle the red wine stain all over my sofa. When asked if my sofa was synthetic or natural fibers I assumed it was synthetic. Brett did a quick test (lit a small piece of upholstery on fire) and determined it was cotton. He said that it's not as easy to get stains out of natural fibers but he would do his best. I sat near the sofa as he worked hard spraying and scrubbing and steam cleaning the sofa and the rug. The rug had red wine spilled on it too but it was green and could hide the RED WINE better than the WHITE SOFA! We actually found red wine all over the apartment. Since the dog head butted and broke the glass she was covered in wine too. She walked down the hall and shook it off like a wet doggy would. We were too busy freaking out over the RED WINE ON THE WHITE SOFA that we didn't realize it was all over the walls and the hard wood floors until the next day. Back to Brett! He worked hard for two hours and turned my stained sofa back to it's pristine white that it was 24 hours prior. I think he was a little surprised that it looked so good. He left me some of the cleaning solution in case I found more dots of wine. If you ever have a RED WINE ON A WHITE SOFA emergency, EverClean better be your first call. read more

We had him do all the carpet in the house - a couple rugs and the upholstered media chairs in our movie room. The media chairs had gotten pretty messy but they looked like new when he left. I hired this company to help with a very difficult move-out cleaning involving carpets, hardwood, and tile. They were prompt, thorough, and most importantly, honest. They told me that the carpet would not come clean and I would do better to replace it, and declined to sell me a product for a damaged hardwood floor that would have made profit for them, but would not have helped the floor much, or me. What a great experience! From the initial phone consultation to the end of the cleaning, these guys took GREAT care of us. Our puppy recently turned 1, so we had an embarrassing about of urine throughout our carpets and even our sofa (eww). They cleaned our micro fiber sectional sofa & it looks new & smells so much better. They also cleaned the carpet in two bedrooms and a wool area rug. They used a special enzyme formula to break up the old pet stain smells and were very thorough. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and advised us of the best way to handle our pet stain issues.
