Wow! I don't know what I was doing all my life without these guys. They are incredible. We had a first time cleaning scheduled for 8:00 am and two cleaners including (Markese - the owner) promptly arrived right before it hit 8 am. I left and figured I would get out of their way and I returned home to an absolutely flawless apartment. I mean seriously it smells SO good and everything has been cleaned and is to tidy. My floors, cabinets, mirrors etc have never looked so amazing. I'm so glad that I found Splash Cleaning. First off i need to say that I really appreciated the clear communication and schedule flexibility from this company. we had a minor setback in our schedule and they were able to patiently accommodate my last minute request. price was very reasonable and i even tipped them for their service quality and efficiency their work was thorough but efficient. they got a lot done in a short matter of time. 5BR, 3BR, kitchen, family room and dining area. Markese was my point of contact and also one of the guys to come clean. They used clean cleaning supplies, good products, and left the place smelling and looking great. I'd say the only thing that would have taken their service to 5 stars would be a checklist of some sort or something that they can say "here's what we did" (when they came , they walked the place and asked us what we wanted cleaned) it was a big awkward for me because the whole reason i called them was to avoid thinking about cleaning the place ha, but i understand why they asked. perhaps a list to show the client before , and the client can check off what they want cleaned (along with any optional services that require additional costs). overall, happy with their service read more

I also had the carpets shampooed and the realtor told me the carpet was pretty new. Best house cleaning I've ever had! I can't say enough about how great my place looks. The owner of the company is very professional, very accommodating to my schedule, and even has worked out a contract to keep my house looking great all year long. Also, super affordable! My husband also recently had his work office cleaned by Splash Cleaning after our house looked the best it ever has and it looks amazing there too. It's such a relief off our shoulders. I've used cleaning services before, but this was by far the best. Price is affordable and the cleaning is great. I requested a one time standard house cleaning. Communication was clear - as in, what would be cleaned, extra add-ons. Setting up an appointment was super easy, and I received a text 30 min before they arrived. They cleaned fast! And it was very thorough cleaning. I was particularly worried about the stovetop, sinks, bathtub and toilet but all of it was cleaned impressively well. I highly recommend. read more

I'm disappointed after reading such great reviews. The crew did a fine job on my bathrooms and kitchen, but apparently a lot of what I'd consider standard for a residential cleaning (making the beds, replacing the bags in the trash bins) is an extra fee-- this was not disclosed or presented as an option so it just didn't get done. After paying for a deep clean, I was bummed to find several areas that were obviously missed (see photos). Won't use them again. Note: we did have a miscommunication on the square footage, and I immediately agreed to a 20% increase in the quoted fee, without question, when Markese indicated the home was larger than he expected. Splash was compensated to do a deep clean for the home *at an agreed-upon price upon seeing the home and its size, in person* and they did not complete a thorough cleaning. read more
