Even though my reservation through Wyndham was not showing up in the system, he honored the price and upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. Later on the reservation popped up and he promptly refunded the additional charges. The room was large for a Microtel and included a kitchenette area along with two complementary bottles of water. The room was fresh and new, and generally the same as most modern Microtel locations. Note that if you're in a regular room (not a suite), it is going to be on the smaller side, but that's where "Micro"tel gets its name. Anyway, the bed was very comfortable and even though power went out due to severe thunderstorms, it was back up within a couple of hours. I enjoyed the friendly service, large room and cozy bed, so I would definitely stay here again!

The owner devotes more time and effort to her guests than other B&Bs. If you can afford it, get the Italian Suite, it is huge! During the summer season, take the evening drive over to Medora and experience the dinner and musical show.

We have a 20ft travel trailer and appreciate the pull through sites so we can stay "hooked up". We can easily walk on a quiet local street to Walmart. The site has maintained grass and a sturdy picnic table. The secured bathhouse and laundry suites are very clean and well maintained. The internet performs well and is included in the nightly rate which is reasonable. We have observed that the tent sites are great- level, grassy and partially shaded. For tenters there are nearby places to take safe shelter for severe weather alerts. We really appreciate the owner's commitment to maintain and upgrade the facilities. The new roadway surfaces are great! The staff have always been extremely helpful and pleasant. Keep up the great work North Park, we appreciate you!!

I was provided not only a vehicle I had not reserved, but furthermore a vehicle that was…read moreinappropriate and dangerous for winter conditions in December- a 2024 Ford Mustang. Let alone the fact that the vehicle had poor tires for the winter weather. Because the car physically could not drive to my destination in the time I initially reserved (while other vehicles were able to function nominally and pass me on the interstate), I called Enterprise to find a resolution. I was transferred numerous times before I got into contact with the corporate manager Stephanie, who proceeded to tell me that she would do nothing to help since "all cars handle winter weather the same." Having talked to someone with such little knowledge of vehicle performance, especially a high-torque muscle car on icy roads, frustrated me to the point to where I would rather not use Enterprise in the future.
