The girl asked if it was her birthday, I said "well more like a get well soon gift", and she wrapped it up with a pink bow, I never told her she has breast cancer. When she walked over to me, I kind of started tearing up so I wiped my eye, and she gave me the biggest hug. It was one of those hugs you give your best friend after learning some bad news. Being that it is located in the resort, there is a ton of free parking available, if you are not a guest like I wasn't and wanted to indulge in some good treats. The staff there was friendly enough. After a long deliberation, I got a carmel sundae. I took about 5 minutes to make and was delicious. My littles got kids scoops in a cone, and they loved it. Their ice cream is really good. I highly recommend checking them out. But, be prepared, they get slammed between 7 and 9 with people leaving the pool for the day.

There's a coupon in the Wi dell book for a free candy fortune, we assumed it was gonna be a candy fortune cookie but it was just a regular one from like Chinese restaurants that was very stale lol. What a cute addition right smack on Broadway in the Dells…read more Stopped by here for coffee and breakfast on a recent trip to the Dells. The restaurant itself is cute as a button with the black and white checked flooring and cutsie decor. The front windows roll up to make for lovely open air dining on pleasant days. It's an order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you sort of set up. For my first breakfast here, I got their oatmeal which was fantastic. It was a hearty serving of oatmeal and had chia seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, and banana on top. All the fruit was fresh, making for a wonderfully delicious breakfast. The coffee is also solid (though I can't recall what I ordered) and the service is friendly. Get to it!

When we stopped in, there were 2 staff, one working the coffee bar and the other on the ice cream, who were running around, serving food, making drinks, and constantly busy. It left us waiting to be serviced for around 10 minutes and when our food arrived, it was cold (likely from waiting for a server/coffee bartender to find a break to retrieve it). I ordered the french toast, which was good, cold but good, and a coffee, which I was okay with. My partner ordered the pork bowl, which arrived cold aside from the eggs in it. The prices here are reasonable, especially for the Dells, but I think Huckleberry's would be smart to have a few more hands on deck to ensure timely service.
