After wandering their shop full of sweet treats, we made our way over to the ice cream counter to order. They have a variety of ice cream and sundaes. I decided on a sundae and it came in a paper bowl that you would purchase at the grocery. It has this nostalgic feel of being at an ice cream social with your volleyball team in the 5th grade (in the best way possible). It's the sort of sundae your grandma might have made that one hot summer after you got sunburned at the pool. Just me? I don't know. I just love the home grown simplicity of both their ice cream sundaes and the presentation. They have a small seating area where my group was able to grab a seat and enjoy our ice cream. It was a hearty serving of oatmeal and had chia seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, and banana on top. All the fruit was fresh, making for a wonderfully delicious breakfast.
