Grip socks

I had an amazing time here. There was stuff do to for kids of all ages. I was able to interact with my nephew and allow him play time. The online reservations made the check in process seamless and my little toddler enjoyed.

It's. $23 a child to play here for all day. Their play place is huge and they have a lot of amenities and big ball pits. My kids had fun but we were a little turned off by the extra charge for roller skating. They charge $17 for that feature on top of the $23 and they require us to buy their socks.

What an adorable place for kids to enjoy their time or host a private party. Super clean, the staff…read morevery friendly too. My son was too young to play but he enjoyed watching all the kids run around

Took my daughter here and overall it was okay -- she had fun, which is what matters most…read more The play area itself is clean and works well for younger kids, but it's definitely on the smaller side. It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.

Took my 5 year old here for the first time and we absolutely loved it. There's an activity for all…read moremembers of the family. They have a toddler zone for ages 0-3 and the rest of the areas are for ages 0-12. The play areas are extremely clean..especially for a kid play place. They even have staff walking around cleaning, wiping down and even vacuuming. The bathrooms are clean and family friendly (step stools by the sinks). We purchased our tickets and signed our waiver online. This made the check in process speedy so we could jump right into playing. This is definitely going to be our new outing for the kids.

I wish I were a little kid again, this place is truly what dreams are made of! My boys (ages 3 and…read more7) had the time of their lives, and my friend's 1- and 5-year-old loved it too. It's safe to say this spot is perfect for kids under 10, and yes, adults can join in the fun! It's like a real-life Candy Land with slides, ninja courses, ball pits, play kitchens, a grocery store, a fire station, a glam room, and more. There's even a dedicated toddler area that's enclosed and safe. Prices are a bit high, but absolutely worth it for the experience. Socks are required (for adults too), which keeps the space extra clean. Speaking of clean, this place is spotless. Staff are constantly sanitizing, and even the bathrooms are impressive with high-tech, self-changing toilet seat covers. The gated entry adds peace of mind, and there are plenty of spots for parents to watch their kids (though with so much to do, spotting them can feel like "Where's Waldo"). Overall, this is hands down one of the best play places around. The kids will beg to come back, and honestly....you'll probably want to too.

This place is wonderful. The staff is super involved and incredible with children. I have seen them…read morewalking around cleaning things both times I was there. I also witnessed some heartfelt interactions between the children and staff. For instance one of the staff members brought out an accordion and started to sing songs for all of the kids to sing along to. Another time I saw the same employee walking around with a bubble blower just having a blast making all of the children feel welcome and have a great time. They also have different classes each day in the back room. Would definitely recommend to any fellow parents that need to get their kid out of the house for a bit. It felt safe, clean, and my kid and I had a great time.

He's now 2 and we still take him, he has multiple close friends around his age and the community overall has been welcoming and family centered. The owner/teacher Ms. Chloe definitely loves what she does, she's very accommodating, talented, and the kids love her. I would definitely recommend for a parent that is trying to get their baby/toddler incorporated into socializing with other babies, and for the classes as well. Even as a mom I found really good mom friends 10/10

If I could give zero stars for this review I would. This facility purposely leaves their AC off…read morecreating excessive heat inside the facility. Their staff is misleading and unprofessional and there are concerns regarding conduct by management. On multiple occasions, the main trampoline and activity areas were extremely hot because the AC was not operating. Employees repeatedly stated that the system was broken. However, private birthday party rooms appeared to have functioning air conditioning, raising concerns that cooling may be provided only in select areas while customers in the main activity spaces are left in uncomfortable and potentially unsafe conditions. This is especially concerning given the physically demanding activities and the large number of children using the facility. When concerns were raised, staff responses were dismissive and inconsistent. Different employees provided conflicting explanations about the AC. A front desk employee contacted a manager, who stated that if we were unhappy with the temperature, we were free to leave. He then ended the call without identifying himself or attempting to address the issue. Shortly afterward, he called the employee back and continued the discussion privately rather than speaking directly with us. This does not appear to be an isolated incident. I visited approximately two weeks earlier when the air conditioning was functioning, but it was again not operating a few days later. I have also seen online reviews from other customers reporting similar concerns, including excessively hot conditions during birthday parties. Because this facility promotes vigorous physical activity for children and adults, maintaining a safe indoor environment should be a priority. Excessive heat can increase the risk of dehydration, dizziness, heat exhaustion, and other heat-related illnesses. Liability waivers should not excuse a business from maintaining reasonably safe conditions for its guests.
