I also witnessed some heartfelt interactions between the children and staff. For instance one of the staff members brought out an accordion and started to sing songs for all of the kids to sing along to. Another time I saw the same employee walking around with a bubble blower just having a blast making all of the children feel welcome and have a great time. They also have different classes each day in the back room. Would definitely recommend to any fellow parents that need to get their kid out of the house for a bit. It felt safe, clean, and my kid and I had a great time.

He's now 2 and we still take him, he has multiple close friends around his age and the community overall has been welcoming and family centered. The owner/teacher Ms. Chloe definitely loves what she does, she's very accommodating, talented, and the kids love her. I would definitely recommend for a parent that is trying to get their baby/toddler incorporated into socializing with other babies, and for the classes as well. Even as a mom I found really good mom friends 10/10

I want to share this because I believe other parents should be aware of a serious safety concern…read more I understand that we signed a waiver before allowing our children to play here, and I understand that kids can fall and accidents can happen. However, signing a waiver does not mean that basic safety precautions should be overlooked. During our visit, grip socks were not provided or required for the children, despite areas of the facility having hard, smooth flooring that was extremely slippery in regular socks. The area was also quite dark, making it even more difficult for children to safely navigate between the play areas and the hard flooring. Unfortunately, my son slipped and fell, hitting his head very hard on the floor. He was left with a significant bump on his forehead, which was extremely upsetting and concerning as a parent. My issue is not simply that my child fell. Children fall. My concern is that this was a foreseeable and potentially preventable safety issue. If children are expected to run, climb, and move throughout an indoor play facility, appropriate footwear such as grip socks should be required--especially where slippery, hard flooring is part of the environment. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and reevaluates its safety procedures, including requiring or providing grip socks and addressing the combination of slippery flooring and low lighting. No parent should have to watch their child suffer a head injury because of a hazard that could have been addressed with such a simple precaution. I am sharing this so other parents can be aware and so, hopefully, changes are made before another child gets hurt.

Took my daughter here and overall it was okay -- she had fun, which is what matters most…read more The play area itself is clean and works well for younger kids, but it's definitely on the smaller side. It feels more suited for toddlers and younger children rather than the full age range they advertise. The biggest downside is the setup when you first walk in. The entrance/lobby area is very small and gets crowded quickly with parents and kids. There's very limited seating, and it felt tight and a bit messy with people eating in that space. I also didn't love that adults are charged just to go past the gate (including needing to purchase socks), even if you're just supervising. That felt unnecessary compared to similar places. That said, the woman working at the front was extremely kind and welcoming -- very easy to talk to and helpful. She mentioned this is actually the smallest of their locations, which makes sense. Inside the play area was cleaner and more organized, and the bathrooms were very nice and well-maintained. Overall, it's a decent spot for younger kids to burn energy. My daughter enjoyed herself and wants to go back -- I'd just consider trying one of their larger locations next time.
