We discussed Lila's furcut, what I wanted for her. The grooming area looks like a salon. Clean and organized. They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend. I booked our next appointment before I left. The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

Not only did he do a wonderful job, but he constantly comforted my dogs who always get nervous and shake when at the groomers. As sad as it is, I am left with the memory of the kind and caring way I and my kitty were treated through the years and especially on this last day. Dr. Sam, Dr. Rebecca, and their staff made the hardest decision easier to take, and now for me to live with. Very compassionate people. For them, this is a calling. At 77, I think I may not rescue another kitty but If one should find me, as has often happenned in my life, I will continue to use Westport Animal Hospital to care for my rescue. One other thing, in all the times I have boarded my cat she has always come home completely healthy, with no coughs or other issues. I love the fact that this facility is in an old house with a porch and an upstairs which I believe someone lives in because the boarded animals are not alone after hours. I think you should think about the effect you'd have of a poor review, then think again and don't send it unless it's really substantive, like being charged exorbitantly, for instance. I have seen customers try to bully her into accepting their pets when they don't want to pay what she quoted, and when they have already been rejected by other groomers - and she remains quiet and calm in the face of their abuse. she seems able to handle obstreperous owners as skillfully as she handles dogs.
