We set up an appointment for today and she let me know when she was on her way and what her ETA was. She arrived right as she said. She is friendly and sweet and very professional. She groomed Gigi with no problems & rang the doorbell when she was all done. Gigi is fluffy, clean and her nails are perfect! Ellie uses a grinder tool vs a clipper to ensure the nails aren't sharp.
