I am not refusing to work with you. I am refusing to accept "lip service" from a dealership that has neglected this unit from day one. I hold a comprehensive paper trail of time-stamped emails sent directly to you, your Vice President, and your CEO detailing these exact failures. I also possess extensive photo documentation of the issues of damage and neglect to correct them satisfactorily. I had been investigating my options regarding buying a utility trailer. Used, new, single axle,…read moredouble, aluminum or galvanized. My price point was directly related to bang for buck. Almost all used sold by owner that I saw were paint job repair, or priced too high for year and shape. Internet searching came across several trailer distributors. Work and Play had 2 sites. One in Moncton and the other in Dartmouth. I requested a quote for 3 units. Met Gerry the manager in Dartmouth, he walked me through the yard, we discussed what my needs were, and I decided upon a K-series single axle galvanized unit ( that happened to be on sale). Gerry, was knowledgeable-factual, expedient, with professional integrity. The trailer is made in Quebec, Canada for Canadian weather. Thank you to Gerry and his team.

There was issues with the inspection but they fixed it quickly and I had it back in less than two hours. Inspection, repairs and tax was only $50.00 they are definitely not out to rip people off, job well done thank you.

So update on my trailer I E-mailed the manufacturer…read more(Jayco) and discussed the issues I have had my emails started on the 17th of July on the 20th of July they responded with sorry your warranty ran out on the 19th of July and will not do anything so all of the issues have been repaired by myself or will need to be repaired by myself anyway my advice would be DO NOT buy any of the Jayco products they are very very poorly made and if the dealer does not give a crap about the customer all repairs will be on you, the dealership only cares about selling you this crap after that I would guess from my experience they never want to hear from you again and will do pretty much whatever it takes to make it that way

The service is pretty good but the location is a serious problem since we live 2 hours drive away and they don't have any companies who they trust enough to work on their vehicles in this area. Since we are in a major metropolitan area this makes no sense. Unless you live in or close to Truro I wouldn't recommend buying a trailer here.

I asked him if he could deliver the bike to me in Amherst, NS as I was coming over from PEI on the bus. His answer was "sorry, not interested. Pay for it first and I can ship it to you." Wow, not what I was expecting. That has to be the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealer. Just last September I purchased a car from Bridgewater and they delivered it to me in Halifax no charge. In May of 2020 I purchased a motorcycle from a dealer in Lunenberg and they delivered it to me in Amherst no charge. Those are fine examples of service. I highly recommend that you shop elsewhere where the dealer is willing to work with the customer and provide a service beneficial to all.

Josh called me, we discussed the issues and diagnosed a repair over the phone and although couldn't promise that it was a permanent repair, he said it wouldn't ruin my weekend of boating. To me, that's incredible, professional and outstanding service. I have shopped around at other dealers but with service like his, all my boating needs will be at White Water Marine. Took my late 80's 9.9 to them for service . White water…read moremarina called and told me the motor was no good , no compression in one cylinder heat scoring on the cylinder ( signs of overheating and spark plug hole stripped I picked the motor up and paid the Marina for service . As a Marine Engine Engineer with over 40 years experience working on various bits of Mechanic equipment I decided to check the engine myself. Yes there was overheating indications on one cylinder ,but I still decided to test the engine myself The engine started on the second pull , I put over a hundred hours on this little engine this year , it never fails to start and has always got me home. Pretty good for an engine with no compression in one cylinder and a striped spark plug hole?? I personally believe they did not proper assess the engines condition charged me a service fee and pushed it out the door. I for one will never darken the the door of this business
