Would give a lower rating if I could. Literally the worse experience I have ever had. Stephanie, the brightly hair coloured "person??" Was rude and incredibly impatient with staff and proceeded to bad mouth customers immediately as they left. As well as someone named Elliot, who seems to also be management. I being customer, now know that he apparently does not do anything, and in her words " is a rich boy who does nothing but kiss ass" There is no reason why I A CUSTOMER OFF THE STREET should know this. She broke several rules with me alone including telling me I would be able to sleep on heavy strains, that she had better hook ups for both bud and concentrates, she even gave me a sticker with a dealers info on it. She continuously used a fake Jamaican accent to the point where i just wanted to leave. Not to mention the smell from her teeth, I do NOT understand why a company would want someone with such poor manners, hygiene and tact to represent them. HONESTLY some of the other staff were nice, but I cannot support a business that allows such a nasty and quite frankly kinda racist person who sells illegal concentrates on her own, to work there. My advice is to get rid of this person or perhaps retrain. Any actual activists would be embarrassed to see that this is where the cannabis business ended up. You guys should be ashamed. read more

When I visited your establishment on Parliamnet, I witnessed an appalling incident involving an elderly man, visibly struggling with homelessness. He mentioned that his wallet had been stolen, but he still had the cash to purchase his medication, specifically marijuana. Despite this, your staff chose to eject him from the store, seemingly because of his homelessness. When I requested to speak with the manager, my request was denied. Instead, your staff laughed in my face and hurled racial slurs at me, insisting that I leave the premises, claiming I was holding up other customers. This behavior is a disgusting display of racism and bias. In stark contrast, the neighboring shop at the Parliament location treats all customers with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or circumstances. I urge you to address this deeply troubling issue and take immediate corrective action. No one should be treated in such a dehumanizing manner. read more

placed an order for delivery on Sunday there computers were not giving out notification for orders but when people called to ch on the order they were told that they were not receiving any notification for them so fas forward to Sunday evening when I called about my order they knew about the problem and didn't check for more order's just waited for the customer to call and find out that they wouldn't be deliveried till the next day and she told me that I would be the first customer to be delivered to come Monday (today) I looked at the order on the site I'm apparently the 11th delivery and I contacted them 2 times on email and once on the phone but nobody is getting back to me read more

Businesses should honour their posted hours or else change them if they cannot.
