I called, texted, and emailed several times explaining the best I could do was FaceTime because I don't have a camera and microphone on my PC, but no one contacted me. My appointment came and went, and still I tried contacting them with no results. Finally someone called hours later. When I explained what I'd been through, they informed me MedWell will charge me $50 to refund my fee. Fortunately, my credit card company will reimburse me at no charge. I will never use MedWell again because they aren't willing to alter course for those of us who lack tech skills.

They give you a physical exam and talk to you about your qualifying condition for medical marijuana, in my case chronic back pain and sciatica. I have some experience medicating with cannabis, so I didn't have too many questions, but I got the impression that if I did, they would have taken the necessary time to answer them to my satisfaction. The only negative part is the wait. They operate on a first come first serve basis and do not take appointments, so I had about a 2 hour wait. Some of the people before me had been waiting a bit longer. This isn't necessarily Canna Care's fault. They were very efficient, but their service is in high demand. In any case, I think you can expect to be there for a couple hours at least. Whether you have a lot of experience medicating with cannabis or are new to it, I think you'll be happy with Canna Care. It was not at all a shady or intimidating process. I'll define return to the Seekonk location for my one year renewal.
