Since I don't do cash, hate the concept and really can't figure out why they are no longer accepting debit (last time "the machines JUST went down"), i now shop closer to my house, which is more expensive but it is a cleaner facility and the new place accepts cards. read more

I had been using Cannapi as my recreational source for a year or two. The last two times I ordered on line and placed the order and opted to pay with cash. Both times when I arrived I was told there were no order in the system even though I had confirmation numbers texted to me. When I went inside, the items I had placed the order for were no longer in stock. Something is not right. I'll shop elsewhere from now on. Yes I placed the order with and went to Cannapi Stoughton. First off....great location. Nicely nestled next to Prestige Gas Station. Plenty of parking as well. Upon entry and after checking in I was introduced to the.....for lack of a better adjective..AMAZING Kate. Her customer service was more than impeccable. With so much many different items to choose from you really could not go wrong paying this establishment a visit. So im sure you're wondering....why only 4 stars???? Since being introduced to PAX products I can definitely say that is the only thing that is keeping Cannapi from the 5 star and above rating they should be getting. As soon as I asked Kate said they didn't have them as yet unfortunately and also stated that I wasn't the only one who came in requesting them. With that being said, to the powers that be...add PAX to your inventory and you will see a positive uptick in business sooner than later. Either way im coming back simply for the great service. Let me be the first to offer "high" praise to this new dispensary in Brockton. I think it has been open for a week now. It is straight recreational so it's one line to the counter and 1 price for all. There's a few "pot shops" in this fair City of Champions now and and as a consumer I am stoked. In fact there is one less then 1/4 mile away from Cannapi called Green 4 ALL that I have not checked out yet but will this weekend. Dropped my friend off at Good Sam hospital and this joint is basically right next door. It's perfectly located on Rt 27 less than a mile from the Rt 24 exit. Plenty of parking and If parking was ever a problem it's adjacent to the old Foxy Lady now called Boardroom Cabaret. I was warmly greeted by a friendly helpful all female staff. In fact Cannapi is female owned if one cares. Was brought inside to a super nice, new and clean showroom where I was presented with a printed menu and great displays but I wasn't sure what I wanted so I went into the dispensing room and the gal at the counter walked me through some options. I suggest going to the website first to have a clue as there is a lot to consider. (Note the site isn't secured yet but thats never stopped me.) Settled on a pre rolled hybrid 3 pack which cost $24, add 6 bucks tax and it worked out to 10 dollars for a .5 gr joint. At 19 % THC it's plenty potent for me. Two puffs and I was good LOL. Yep a lightweight! They had some much higher THC available in the Indica's up to 27% for the Tikun Olam. In fact they have a great variety of options. I counted 16 flower choices including 3 Sativa, 6 Indica and 7 Hybrid. There's also 13 pre roll selections, 5 concentrates, 19 edibles, and a couple of tinctures and topicals to boot. I was impressed. Being close to home this will be my go to as long as they keep up the great service and selection. Check it out. Update went back that way checked out the "other place" walked out and drove here. Met Mike the Operations manager who spent time chatting canna-biz with me. Great guy, great business. I've been coming to this dispensary for awhile now, and it's really a hit or miss with the staff. I usually have nice conversation with the girl that checks in IDs and she knows my bf and I use the same number so sometimes the order comes in under the wrong name which is not something I can control. I even wait to place the order sometimes until I arrive there. But on some days certain staff just have no communication skills. I've had a staff member literally tell me I need to put my phone in my pocket. I wasn't talking to anyone, I wasn't blasting music. But because my phone was simply in my hand it was an issue. And on this last visit I placed an online order. Upon arrival the employee at the window checking IDs noticed the order is not under my name, yet again went under my bfs name, so I informed him it might be under that and he found the online order. I then go to stand in line and the cashier is clearly upset he can't find my order (which he didn't mention he was having trouble or I would of told him it might be under this name) he finally says something so I inform him and he tells me I should of told him because I caused the line to get long because he had to search for my order. I politely informed the cashier I told the other worker checking my ID it would be under that name. Any other time the coworkers talk to each other through their headsets.. So at this point Cannapi you definitely lost a loyal customer. read more

Another really nice one in the Brockton area they have some really great growers and different options I find but all just depends on when I go if I'm going to find the strain I want as potent as I want so I'll look around at the other ones online before I make my decision. They do offer a really nice selection of glass pieces and all kinds of accessories! For the most part, it's hit or miss but generally, a good amount of options and various potency, but it's probably my second or third choice. read more

Then, after you present your license, you enter one room where someone asks questions to determine what you might like, and then enters the order into a tablet.
