I wasn't too upset as I knew what the bill would be, just interesting that two different people gave me the same answer, which turned out to be wrong. Then I came back for my post op, which was within the global period and should have been at no charge. Unfortunately for me, Dr. Howard "found" an unrelated diagnosis (eye mites) , and told me about the medication I needed to use. He did not mention this diagnosis during my two earlier visits. This turned my no charge post op visit into an office call, which they billed the insurance for and of course, I ended up paying for it. I've worked in billing for 30 years, I know exactly what they are doing. Do not trust this company.

Especially the front desk Kat who was assuming I was arguing with her and said she made the appointment and never told me my appointment was in Zephyrhills but she confirmed it twice. Along with prior they billed me for things that was never done and called the office manager but she never called me back on the outcome until I got another bill. So I would expect that I would be next to get in but I am still waiting. Kat was rude and very condescending and asked like if saying I'm sorry but I provided you the right location and proceeded to say what do you want me to do. I said I wanted to be see right away.
