I usually do NOT come here because of previous issues they have given me but yesterday I was close by and placed a pre order hoping to get there before they closed. I arrived at 6:55 (5 mins before they close) and seen 2 people waiting to be let in as I am walking up the security guard is coming out and says "closed" and walks away and I'm usually not one to complain and leave bad reviews but as someone who works in customer service that is not a way to handle a business at all I understand that companies have closing procedures but there is no reason that employees should be walking out of there workplace early while there is people outside and orders in the system and this is why the older crowd complains about the younger generation not wanting to work, your business closes at 7 you should be exiting at 7:01 or later no earlier! (Luckily Phasal dispensary was open until 9pm) will not be returning here as it was only being used as a backup for the other place I go to! read more

Honestly surprised how many bad reviews there are. I used to go to the Botanist in Bellmawr but it always took so long (at least 20 minutes). I've gone here at least 15 times and never had any issues. Literally no customers there so I'm in/out in 5 minutes. Plus their buds are so much better than Bot... just got their Illicit- Ghost OG and boy it was FUNKY (in the best way). Super cheesy and dank. I don't go to any other dispensaries now. read more

very poor shopping experience. They have the place guarded like its ft. Knox. the front door is locked and must be opened by 2 uniformed security guards and a metal detector. A very cold and indifferent attitude from all the staff. The guys at the counter did not know much about what products they had in stock. I found the accessory I was looking for, and they wanted to charge me $3.50 on a $6 purchase to pay by credit card. I paid by cash, and left as quickly as I could. I will never shop here again. I average 30 an eighth as opposed to 60 which is the going rate . house brand is decent . if you want to pay top dollar for "good green" or the other brands then go ahead, but its really not much better than the cannabist house brand . Horrible place! Would give a 0 star rating if I could. I went to make a purchase with my husband on a Saturday (also my birthday). Upon being let inside of the lobby an extremely rude and aggressive security guard told my husband that I couldn't enter the shopping area "because my skirt was too short." Mind you, I had on a tennis SKORT and am a very slim woman (I also had on a short sleeve tennis top). I asked the guard to produce the policy stating this and he could/did not. We then went to the front desk and were met with more aggression from the staff (heavy set blonde short hair female). We asked her to see the dress policy and she stated that she "didn't have a print out of it, it's on the computer" all the while rolling her eyes and moving her neck around as she spoke to us. She also appeared to be visibly agitated by the fact that we even requested to see the "policy." I asked to speak to the manager and another (nice male) staff came to speak to us. He revealed that the manager was recently fired. He then went on to say the same thing and stated that he had to "back" the brand new security guard (but it was the managers policy...right, smh). A few moments later he told my husband and I that we could go ahead and shop and that he didn't have a problem with my clothing. My husband and I absolutely DID NOT give this place a dime. Order ahead Friday, got email confirmation for pick up time, 4-5 Friday. After leaving work stopped by store, was closed, sign on door saying they closed at 2pm. Called Saturday, all orders were terminated and they will not be honoring fridays deals. Can send email confirmations for orders they never intend to fill but cannot send an email out stating they store is closed. Placed an order online for 2 1/8ths one hybrid one indica. I got home and see that the indica, that was listed as an indica online, was actually a sativa. I called the store to let them know of the error and they said this happens all the time with how many strains they have coming in.... Definitely CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE THEY BAG IT.... Don't buy from here. Bought a cartridge from them and have only had problems with it. Constantly gets clogged and leaks out the bottom of the cart. Customer service here literally couldn't be worse if they tried. Do not market "Daily Deals" and then when a customer orders the said deal to pick up that day, the site only allows you to pick it up the following day. Then the following day comes and they can "no longer honor the order" because it was a deal for the prior day, yet they SPECIFICALLY told you to pick it up the next day, and then customer service tells you you have an attitude because you tell them their website is counter intuitive. All their house brand flower is absolute garbage. Some batches are better than others but still all overall dog poop. I almost think their flower might be fake. Possibly using growth regulators which would explain the dense nuggets and weak ass highs due to low THC. The line also moves at a snails pace. I understand they are trying to build relationships but the conversations between cashier and customer sometimes take forever and arent even about weed.
