Recently I purchased a gram of Floracal Black Lime Reserve live rosin from this dispensary that was a bit degraded right out of the package. I can tell it was degraded for several reasons. I had been purchasing grams of Floracal rosin for over a year. Every gram of this rosin I've purchased before this one has had a uniform lighter color. This one had an obvious darker color. It also had a degraded odor compared to others I've purchased. The effect it produced was weak, and the vapor harsh and irritating. The package date was also becoming a bit old at 5 months. I know they give a one year expiration date, but concentrates need to be stored perfectly to last that long. I also had a different strain of the same brands rosin at the same time which showed none of these issues. I contacted Cresco about the issue and they authorized a return. I was hoping for an easy transaction at this dispensary when making the return, but for some reason the cashier had to somewhat argue that the product seemed fine to him. The manager, which I actually had a problem with before, didn't have a problem with the return. And the cashier actually asked the manager if it was supposed to be a replacement instead of a return. The email from Cresco authorizing the return mentioned "replacement" and "return." I guess you could debate what Cresco's intention was of their writing, but why be so strict as just a cashier? The problem I had with the manager at the beginning of the year really involves the whole company. For some reason, at the beginning of the year, they decided to eliminate the 15% discount for SSI/SNAP/Medicaid patients they offered for over 4 years, with no notice posted at the stores or notification. I was notified by a cashier when I asked, after I paid, and the transaction was complete. One item I purchased was on sale, and the other I was unknowingly charged full price for. I asked the manager for a refund on the item I was charged full price for, and he refused. It seems I'm not the only one who's had issues with this manager. I'm sure it's the pudgy guy with glasses the other reviews are talking about. I'm not going to purchase any concentrates over 2-3 months old any longer, and I will try to avoid this location. read more

The staff is ignorant of products. Frequently have to return cash to cashier. Poor math skills! Staff retention limited to least adequate employees. Anyone who can move on, does so. Pity it has devolved so quickly in the four years been there. And lots of hostility from staff to the predominant socio-economic demographic of Montco. Read between the lines. read more

This place is great! Now they offer $99 renewal in house. Restore has my business for life! There is always something for sale at a reduced price. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I go about one a month and I am always greeted by name with a smile. The rewards program is a great value. The facility is always cool, clean and relaxed. This is my go to dispensary for medical cannabis. The selection is always super extensive. The staff is out of this world friendly! All the way from the security guards you meet when you first arrive to the pharmacist and the technician that walks you back out, all incredible friendly. The decor is very classy, modern with a touch of art sprinkled throughout. They offer coffee, water, candy and refreshments while you wait. The menu is always kept up to date and there are plenty of resources to read while you wait in one of their two beautiful waiting areas. My favorite part is how generous these guys are compared to other dispensaries in the state. They offer the most discounts to the community including a every day 20% for veterans. As a relatively(2months) new patient I have a fondness for my "local" dispensary. The first one I visited , this being really close to my house, is the one I go to most often. They have been helpful since the beginning, as this medical program and most of the products are somewhat new to me. A consult with a pharmacist was nice. She did recommend a product that they just got in that would be great for me. I saw it in the menu, but it was sold out in an hour. Being flower, I learned quickly that the demand is greater than the supply, especially for favorite strains. She did follow up with me to see how I was doing, which I thought was a nice touch. The inventory here is nice and varied. Prices are high for premium(and sometimes not so premium) product, as is the norm. It's kind of trial and error to find products that give you the best relief. Like I said flower goes quick, but there are always nice concentrates available. And Grassroots Full Spectrum RSO. They do offer a generous discount 15% for me, 20% for 1st visit, a generous rewards program, $10 credit for every $100 you spend, which is not hard to do. In the times of covid you must pre-order online. My order usually is ready to pick up within 45 minutes of placing it. You reserve a time slot for pickup.Social distancing and mask wearing are enforced. Depending on time of day, you can be in and out quickly. People who work here are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. Think it was the second or third time I was there I swear it smelled like weed when I got past the vestibule and entered the store. Someone may have been vaping in the bathroom, or perhaps it just trailed from clothing. Thought that was comical. read more

I am very disappointed with the service.... after a 45 minute wait I find out that they are out of the pills that I need for sleep. The salesman then tries to rationalize and changes his story.... part of the problem is that the salespeople try to impress you with their knowledge of all the strains instead of listening to the customer and giving him/ her what they need. I have already thrown out several cartridges because I couldn't stand the flavor... I tell them I am 68, smoking for over 50 tears and their knowledge means nothing to me. Give me what will help me sleep and keep me from doing opioids . I am not going to spend$100 for pills that I don't know whether or not, will be effective.... My past several trips have been very frustrating and even though Restore is five minutes away, I will start looking for a " more consumer friendly " experience... read more

This is my favorite dispensary in the Philly area. I've been to ones in the city and some others around me slightly west of the city, and Restore is really the only place I'll go now. I don't care for the hip/trendy vibe of some dispensaries. I like that restore has a simple, clean, and calm environment. The staff at Restore at this particular location are awesome. Every person I've interacted with has been extremely friendly and eager to be helpful. I definitely can't say the same about other dispensaries. I've been to Restore in Philly, and had a notably different experience just based on the kindness and energy of the staff. The people at the Elkins Park location are really great. Restore has a lengthy menu and restocks regularly. If they don't have something, they're great about offering some other similar suggestions. I've been to med dispensaries where they've been so unhelpful, it was almost surprising. At Restore it is so obvious they want to get you the products that will genuinely make you feel better. Lastly, there's a parking lot that makes things easy. It's wheelchair accessible for those who need it. I rarely wait longer than a few minutes if at all. Water and snacks upon arrival. Staff is super friendly but wait times are too long. Often times there's only 2 cash registers open out of at least 7 and 5 other people will be doing "fulfillment ". Should be more balanced. You can't ignore the people in the store to serve people on the phone. read more

They advertise a 28% THC content and charge $70 for 7 grams. Great deal until I got in my car and read the label which read 20%. They told me I could not return it although I never left the premises and they knew this was an issue. New management sucks and the wait time is horrible now. read more

Not only does Restore put your mental health at risk it puts your physical health at risk also. The practices and procedures at this location are appalling. The staff are unprofessional and lack the skill sets to effective mitigate these unprecedented times. It wasn't until I had a questionable and alarming situation myself that I understood why so many customers where leaving that place in a huff..I thought how can you be so upset after getting your medicine.. especially considering the nature of that medicine...now I know.
