I made sure before calling on the site for the vision coverage that they were covered. On there it clearly has them listed. Anyways I got the appointment scheduled. When I arrived on time today I was told that they don't accept the medic aid vision insurance. I'm very disappointed that they did not inform me of this when I set up the appointment nor prior to the appointment. It was very unprofessional. I don't appreciate my time and gas being wasted like that. I definitely will not be returning after that experience.

He also offered very appropriate and beneficial recommendations for complementary care, including acupuncture. I enjoyed his care at his his former practice, and he is an excellent addition to his new practice at Accent Vision. He is scientific, and a great listener. He brings MeiboFlow to the practice, along with his other skills and extensive experience in eye care.

CorePhysio and Dr. Hatch are my go to people when something gets out of whack. My back pain is not…read moreconsistent, nor is the numbness in my knee or the electric tinging in my toes. Each time I see Dr. Hatch (in 4+ years) he has figured out what's causing the symptom and has gotten to the root of it in one or 2 sessions. He has shown me a myriad of exercises to keep things humming along, so I don't have to see him; but inevitably something goes awry with my active lifestyle, and Dr. Hatch is there to help me get back to my life w/in a short amount of visit.s As other have said 5 stars just isn't enough for CorePhysio. Couldn't recommend these folks more.

I've been dealing with neck pain for 25+ years with fibromyalgia stacked on top. While I won't say that the other clinics were bad, Dr. Hatch, Dr. Horner and Ms. O'Leary (massage therapist) are miracle workers in comparison. With a few sessions under my belt and several more to go, I'm already in less pain. For the first time in ages, I have some hope knowing that I am headed in the right direction. It is wonderful to be welcomed by the bright and smiling Emily, especially on days when I'm in pain. If you've been to other clinics with mixed results, I think you will find that CorePhysio's approach is something special.

If there were zero stars, I would give them to Los Alamos Family Eye Care…read more 1. I had my annual eye exam there and paid extra to make my lenses thinner. When I received the glasses, I was shocked to find they were much thicker than a pair I bought elsewhere with the same diopters--without paying any extra fees. 2. After my first exam, I needed a second one due to medical reasons, this time with Dr. Lisa Shin. She noted my prescription had changed but failed to update my CYL and Axis measurements. As a result, she prescribed glasses with the wrong parameters. When I received them, rectangular screens appeared trapezoid-shaped. I returned to her, but instead of checking her own mistake, she blamed it on my eyes "changing a lot." I asked her to check the glasses I was wearing to see what was wrong. Only the next day did she send me a new prescription with corrected values based on my old glasses. When I asked her to remake the glasses based on her own correction, she demanded that I pay again. I refused, since it was clearly her oversight. 3. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Later, her office asked me to pay again for the first exam and return the incorrect glasses so they could refund the full transaction. I paid another $35, trusting they would resolve it. But the credit card company eventually told me the vendor had rejected my dispute, meaning I paid twice and ended up with nothing--not even the wrong pair of glasses. When I pressed the office, they finally sent me a partial refund check, deducting $16 as an "arbitration fee," which they claimed was charged by their bank. In reality, they passed their own cost onto me and again blamed me for disputing the charge. This is not just about money--I can afford the loss. IT'S ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS . Dr. Lisa Shin refuses to acknowledge her mistakes, shifts blame onto patients, and looks for ways to charge for even the smallest things. Instead of resolving issues professionally, she makes customers pay for her errors. I would NEVER go back, and I strongly caution others before choosing this place!

She was friendly, very professional, and got me in and out of there with a new prescription in record time. Perfect, as I have a work trip in a month. The front office staff is also very kind and checked me out quickly. What a NICE find right here in Los Alamos !
