At one time this was a really good dispensary. Over time, product quality has gone down hill. They primarily only sell their own product and the flower has always been very dry. Yesterday, I was informed that I had over $125 in points which I was never informed of in the past. I was then told, they were sorry I don't have access to the points any longer. So I was in Brockton today, thought to myself I have been wanting to check this place out. So I went by there to do a in store order. I have a medical card. So I got discounts for being a first timer at this location, so I get discounts.... Great!! I went in to get a infused pre-roll I was interested in. I let the lady know even know I do not get a discount that I still wanted it, as it was there only true sativa to choose from. I said this 3 times and she kept selling me on their product that I would get the 40% off of. So I was interested and told her I still wanted the infused sativa pre-roll (what I went there for) I get home and open my bag and NO infused pre-roll after I ask for it several times. The rating I gave a 3 star, if I do 21/2 star I would. Just bad.... I will continue to going to Bridgewater at Theory Wellness. Try it out peeps, knowledge and super nice. The inside of the building is beautiful. Very sleek and cool design. They have a good menu and they put it on screens up on the wall. They have a lot of parking. Remember to bring your ID and MMJ card (if you have one). I started smoking cannabis due to chronic pain and the staff are very knowledgeable on the strains that they have. They even have a sheet with what the grow and what it may help with. They are pricey if you are not buying for medical purposes. They offer a hardship discount of 10% if you qualify for financial assistance. There online website is great. You can see what's available that day and pre order. I highly recommend. read more

This used to be my favorite dispensary: affordable, good products, friendly staff. I've been coming here for over a year specifically for the half ounce pre-ground, and have never had a problem with it until my last purchase. The pre-ground did not smell like bud, instead like an herbal mix. I am still questioning if they actually gave me cannabis or cut it with something else. The smoke feels too light and the taste makes me and others around me gag. There isn't a node of weed smell when it's smoked - smells more like cigarettes. If it is weed, it's literally just ground up leaves, there wasn't a piece of flower to be found in the whole ounce. I imagined this must be a bad batch, as I've been getting these pre-ground bags for the last year and have always been impressed by the quality, especially for the price. I tried to reach out to In Good Health via email and phone. They never responded to my email and when I tried calling I was sent to a full voicemail box. It's pretty shocking to me that they aren't concerned that their products are making people sick. I'm pretty disappointed, I drove over an hour each way to get this well priced bud and instead am now out $60 and what was left in my stash jar is contaminated by this nasty weed. Both times I have renewed my card and placed online orders to use my discount and going to pick up the order and have them change the price or tell me the items aren't eligible for the discount. Though their website doesn't say which products are eligible or "in house". And don't bother trying to reach their customer service, they are totally unresponsive. read more

I love edibles especially the chocolate bars! Well worth the ride especially on Mondays and Thursdays as they are discounted on those days for Medical cardholders. And the staff is great. My only pet peeve is that the recreational side gets waited on quicker. read more

Watch the expiration date! I am new to medical marijuana. I purchased tincture from this facility, not knowing there is an expiration date on this product. I found out later that it expired a month later. I don't use enough in a month, (and I don't use expired products of any kind.) I called In Good Health, left a message -- no response. There was a place to email -- I did that also. Again, no response. I had an opportunity to use the almost expired product, and it did not do it's job. I will no longer spend my hard earned money to support this place. And, by the way, the staff was not all that friendly either. read more

Used to medical patient for three years always went here had good experience liked the strains and prices. Now I've gotten into the recreational side and it's horrible all the buds look like popcorn all very small very dried out regardless of strain and brand. Feels like all the recreational bud is same just same hybird put in different labels or something I swear. The peanut butter breath they used to have was awesome dark colored hue nice purple leaves lots of trichomes. So I see peanut butter jelly hoping a similar experience but it literally looked like their champ city gg #4 I got week before. I wish I could give different ratings for staff/service & product/pricing/etc. As far as the staff and any questions I've had for them, I would give 5 stars. The employees I've interacted with seem to know their stuff. We were confused at first as to what the taxes were exactly and how everything was rung up (we had gotten a bunch of different stuff so the receipt was pretty long), and the woman we asked was glad to explain everything to us very smoothly. When it comes to pricing and products, I'd give more like 3 stars. At first, I didn't realize it but the prices are a bit more than other local places - this was the first/only place I came until recently as more are opening in the area. I've seen other places that take strain and quality into consideration when it comes to pricing. Some strains are better than others, some are stronger, etc. I don't believe everything should be the same price. At the end of the day, I will continue coming to In Good Health when I'm in the neighborhood and would recommend it to a friend read more

After shopping here several times these are my observations. 1. The menu on their website is never accurate. It may say they have X Y and Z, but when you arrive there that's never the case. 2. Available selection is always "meh", I'm a recreational user I'm looking to get stoned not waste my time on 13% weed. 4. As others have pointed out the quality of the flower itself tends to be very dry and not much fun to smoke. they've never sold me anything I'd consider fresh and it's typically very small buds rattling around in their container. I've never been sold an 8th of what one could call a "bud" 5. The pre-rolls feel like a waste of time and money. I bought and smoked a pre-roll of what was claimed to be kimbo kush and felt next to nothing off it. I'm curious what the ratio of the mix is between bud and shake they are using. read more

Customer satisfaction leads to good reviews and repeat business as well as drives new customer sales. Isn't that the aim of any company. So whats going on here? Complacency? They were early in on the game with a medical and recreational license so they got a leg up. However with the proliferation of local dispensaries, I can potentially see retail sales nosediving. Its a fact that consumers shop for cannabis based on price, quality and convenience (not so much brands). Price is the same as others, convenience is OK off Rt 24 but uh oh on the product quality. My recent experience was born of necessity due to a temporary closure at my usual outlet. I purchased a Poison Mimosa slim pre-roll, 1 gram for 20 bucks with tax so not cheap. I got nothing but a poorly rolled impossible draw joint. It was really bad. Up in smoke it went till I just said this is nuts and sliced it open and put the remainder in a bowl. I have heard complaints from others about the pre-rolls and the stock in general being lame, even dry and old. The counter kid was friendly and knowledgeable but if he knew the pre- rolls were junk coulda, shoulda steered me elsewhere cause it comes back on him too. Interesting fact he told me that they grow and sell to other MA dispensaries. All I can say is good luck with that. Cant wait for federal reform and full legalization, legal banking and interstate commerce. Yes big canna will probably dominate but craft canna will always be my market. I'm a regular customer at the Brockton location, usually having a great experience. today however i had questions for the manager because my total kept changing, when " the manager" blew me off I asked for her boss to which I was told she can't give out any info. I said I find it hard that customers have nobody in charge to speak to, even next week At that time another employee decided to butt in and be loud telling me I have an attitude. First of all it had nothing to do with her. I already had two employees talking over other each AT me. so I raised my voice to match miss butting in, I'm not going to be bullied by her loud mouth. I went out front to ask the guard for contact info. ,The butting in employee FOLLOWED me out the reception . she refused to give her name and when I asked flat out numerous times if there was an email to the place I was told go " go online and look". As far as Massachusetts dispensary's go, this one is average. Things seems to sell out quickly, and what's left usually isn't the greatest stuff. Kind of small store, smaller selection than most. If you're dry then by all means try it out, I've definitely been a couple times. But it's been more of a place to go in a bind for me. read more

I have been here for two visits within a month and trying many different items edibles to see what will help medically the most. Both of the people that assisted me were very nice , helpful and I didn't feel rushed as I came in with a list I had decided on and had room for one or two inexpensive add ons and they answered questions. I even asked for items I could not afford now but perhaps very near future. I must say that this is a great spot. Lots of parking. Feels secure and safe. Nice clean well lit and stocked well and presented well. I do wish they offered a program for low income adults that are not veterans nor on Mass health. Something like others offer like 300 percent of poverty line. Fixed incomes makes purchases like these tough and every little bit of savings helps. They have specials daily so that is a help too. my least favorite dispensary by far. I think they have three strains on thier menu right now. the prerolls are all harsh. I have not found the flower to be very good compared to others. having to go thru a metal detector is a bit off putting (security guard seems like a nice guy though). they actually want you to provide tax returns for the hardship discount ... most only make you show you mass health ID.. they wont even take a mass health acceptence letter dated a week before... which I believe is a violation of MASS law. also I think they are the only dispensary that charges a debit card fee and its $3.00 not even based on actualy costs. They operate as a non profit but run the dispensary like a for profit business (and not very well at that considering the place is always empty). not in the spirit of the law. also the manager is terrible.. and will be glad to make you feel like crap if she gets the opportunity.. whole good thing about medical being legalized is you don't have to go to the projects to get medicine anymore...right? read more

They recently changed their preroll deals. I used to be okay when it was only Wed. and Sat. when they were all $8 each, regardless of brand. Sure, they were older, and yes, they were always under weight and poorly rolled, but they were discounted no matter the quality. They then went to discount prerolls every day when you buy 10, or any amount on Tuesdays. BUT...only their own product, which is horrible. Every preroll is almost a year old and stale as can be. Their own brand of product is low end to begin with, with most below 17% THC level. Forget about terpenes by the time this pot hits 12 months old. I don't care how cheap it is, I don't want to smoke crap, and that's all they sell at discount, at least for prerolls. read more
