Visited twice and both times the service and professionalism was just top tier. Not sure of the name of the employee that gave me all the dope stickers and croc charm but she literally made my trip top tier quality product as well, my husband was able to finally get some sleep read more

Ok it's only been about a year&1/2 since I discovered CV but I feel like a CannaScholar with a Bachelor in herb-ology. I have to mention Noel & Stephanie! These two have been my professors and given me a great amount of education and homework that's worth doing, oh yea, the flower, my choice, some of the finest the market has to offer and I haven't even tried the plethora of other inviting goodie this emporium has to offer. GORGEOUS looking bud & decently well priced BEAUTIFUL displays of the bud & other items including wax, edibles, pre-rolls, etc. WONDERFUL STAFF! We walked in right before closing on Halloween night looking for a few pre-rolls to finish off our night, she was super happy to tell us about the company & answer all our questions. Honestly, this place was such a bummer. We went to Tokyo Starfish the day before and had a great…read moreexperience, but we decided to pop into Substance to compare. We were in the market for thc-infused lube and saw the perfect product, it was $36 and even had a sticker that said it would be $40 other places in town. We grabbed the lube, asked for a 25 mg limeade, and made our way to the register. We inquired if they had any first time discounts - of course not. It was far from the end of the world, considering they marketed themselves as affordable. We left the store and right as we entered our car learned that we had been given the lemonade instead, no biggie but not ideal. Then we made our way back to Tokyo Starfish. The vibes were immaculate compared to Substance. Here, we bought flower because we could actually see and smell the product, and then we stumbled across the exact same thc lube, for $24. What an absolute tragedy. Overall, the false advertisement, bad customer service, and unappealing display of products will prevent us from returning again. Tokyo Starfish has our business.

Sometimes you can get what you're looking for with ease, and other times the bin/shelf label says…read moreit's an indica and it's actually a full on sativa. Once you buy it, under false pretenses it's one thing (indica) when it's the opposite (sativa), you cannot return it. Ask to see the physical containers label of what you're interested in buying before buying it. Buyer beware. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT: This is the product that was purchased. The container clearly says sativa. The box that you have these Sitting in behind the glass window said "I" meaning indica. I am unclear how such a mistake could be made when this clearly says sativa right there on the front. In addition, I called the store once I got home and found out they sold this to me as something else and the entirely and the employee said yes, the label on the bin these sites in said Indica, and not sativa. And now I'm stuck with something I will not smoke. I do not want this crap. I would never buy this. Fix your store, and readdress your return policy. When it's the stores fault, or the employees fault directly like this time, you need to accept returns. This is extremely aggravating.
