Five stars for the instructor: Desiree. She welcomed me into the studio and got me signed in with…read moreno problem as this was my first time to the studio (visiting from CA). The vinyasa class began right at 8:30am. Desiree began class with a mantra and a suggestion to focus on for "today's practice." I like that! She reminded us often to breath & led us through mindful flows. To the people who were new to Yoga (there were 2 I believe) she was very encouraging and reminded them this was their practice and to find a position comfortable for them. Overall an excellent experience & I'm most likely going to class tomorrow @ 10:00am unless my brother plans something else for me at that time. 4 stars because I couldn't make a purchase from their store because it "doesn't open until 11:00am." I get it. Only certain people have keys to the kingdom, but it would have been great to do a little shopping. The store is filled with lots of yoga & non-Yoga related items. #vacationshopper

We have been going to yoga for about a year and this is my first experience with yoga. The staff is…read morefriendly and there are different techniques taught by each person. There are beginner classes and more advanced classes, some classes focus on the core. The sessions are mostly in the morning and in the early evening. Don't be late! She has plenty of floor space and some merchandise for sale, including mats. I find these exercises have helped flexibility in my neck and spine (it makes it easier to drive). I am a guy, 54, and would recommend this activity to anyone. I believe the first class is free for locals!

I've been practicing Yoga for over 10 years. I've been to studios in Washington, Oregon and Idaho…read moreand from the moment I walked in, Peter, the Yoga teacher , was rude. There are no welcome to the studio feeling (this was my first time there) nor did he offer to show me the studio or take me on a tour which has been the norm with studios in the past. In addition there were only three students in the class so it was not like he was pressed for time. The class was advertised as Lunchtime Yoga . It was a chair Yoga class that incorporated different types of ballet moves. Huh? I mentioned this was not advertised online but he blew me off. He was not engaging whatsoever during the practice. One of the worst instructors ever. In addition, I sent a complaint through the company website. No response. Classy. Don't waste your time!

This business is located right on the river. The soft sounds of water and distant seal lions makes this place so dreamy and very "zen" I couldn't be happier with picking this studio to be my yoga studio. Thanks everyone!

I've had many massages, and can say this was one of the best I've ever had. She did a fabulous job and I can't wait to return. The hot tub has an epic view, be sure to bring your swimsuit. The locker rooms did not have many amenities. Just a steam room and shower. A few more products in the lockers would have been great.

He was not a little sick, but very sick. For the entire 90 minutes, we had to listen to him wheeze, snort, sniff, and rasp. Every breath he made was a reminder we had a sick person hanging over our body in a tiny room. He was forced to excuse himself from the room to cough, making the experience shorter than it should have been and additionally awkward. What's more, the man's fingernails were too long and my husband and I were left with marks. I could not wear the dress I bought especially for our anniversary dinner at Meridian because it showed the fresh, bloody scratches down my back. I can't speak for my husband on this account, but when I checked out at the register, I was made to wait for quite some time because the individual was busy. That's fine and I understood the rush, but when it came time for me to pay, the receptionist was still helping other people, so I had the receipt shoved in front of me and I was told I had to pay the required tip, but I was never asked how my experience actually was. I go out of my way to actively recommend people stay away from this spa now, and hope you do, as well.
