We went to Fred Loya 4 times for them to input the new card again 4 times, The 5th time was today and they wanted to charge a late fee for payment which automatically should have been done. They wanted the late fee and we asked to waive the late fee because it's been their error on getting it done before the due date! The manager said NO CANT WAVE LATE FEE when it was their fault even then guy and girl that works in that office also have been working on this issue. The manager's decision wasn't fair to the customer. So after so long waiting for them and charging a late fee, we canceled the policy. This is the thanks for being a loyal customer of theirs. We would give them a great review but they don't deserve one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've called and they put me on extremely long holds, as soon as I get representative to tell them that I need to cancel my policy the representative HANGS UP! Worst customer service can't believe I paid over 6 month for this over priced insurance company. Allstate saved me money, I was paying $166 for 1 vehicle and if I wanted to add another one they were charging me more than $250, With Allstate I was able to get BOTH my vehicles for $182.
