Huge Red Flag Uneducated receptionist with a fowl attitude. It's always the same type of unhealthy, uneducated, passive aggressive elderly women. She struggled keeping professional composure doing her job as a receptionist concierge to check my ID. After throwing a fit that it wasn't handed to her correctly she Had to call the manager and security for help. She was upset My ID was expired so i went to the parking lot to renew it. She probably thought she put me in a bad mood and I went home. 5 minutes later she tried to forget who i was when i walked back in with receipts she asked for & fussed over not being able to hold the customer's phone in hand. If I owned this establishment, I'd fire her. The first face you see represents your business & and I will no longer be coming back here in the future. Well... what can I say about this place...? I was a bit intimidated at first, because I had never been to somewhere like this. The security guard in the front of the building really made me feel relaxed about safe before walking in. He even joked around with me for a bit seeing as I was a newbie. Inside? Super professional!! Everything is separated. From the lobby entrance area, to the side service area. You get your own person to assist you and help choose the right products for your needs. SCAMMERS!!!! I usually go to another dispensary. I hadn't been to 1841in a while and decided to stop in yesterday because their prices were a few dollars cheaper than Perfect Union who has the same Wyld products for $24 and $19.84 as opposed to the advertised $20 and $16 at 1841. So I go in knowing what I want, I get some cash out of the ATM and get called in. No one was particularly friendly there but whatever. They were cheaper and have a better selectation than Perfect Union. I get a couple other things and she rings me up. It comes to around $40 more than I thought it would, but I was in a slight hurry so I got my receipt (attached) and left. This morning I took a look at it. I look at it some more and realize WTF. I think I know what they did. So simple math. $20 (4) = $80 $16(4) = $64 $30(1)= $30 $20 (1) = $20 TOTAL= $194 My receipt says: $23.97 (4) = $95.88 $19.18 (4) = $76.72 $35.96 = $ 35.96 $23.97 = $23.97 TOTAL = $232.53 PLUS $20.88 for additional taxes for a total of $252.88 So I called and he explained to me what I figured out on my own........ Do you see what they did there? The lured me in with the "cheaper price" just to add the excise tax on to each individual item, then taxing the purchase, thus making the item almost as expensive as it was at perfect union. The entire sale would have been about 90 cents different had the not deceivingly priced their products simply to undercut their competitors. In my opinion that is incredibly unethical and I will never spend another penny in this establishment again. There are so many options. Don't support this bad behavior. read more

They had photos and descriptions of the products, which was very helpful as I browsed to make my selections. They have a wide selection of edibles and flowers and their prices were comparable if not cheaper than neighboring dispensaries. Service was quick!!! My orders were ready to pick up within 10 minutes of my placing them. Picking up was also quick and easy. Just walk up to the pickup window, show them your ID, confirm your order, and then pay. By the way, they only take cash. Just taking one star off since they don't let people shop inside. It looks more like a warehouse than a storefront. Not the best dispensary I've been to, but I got the goods and got out. It's a bit hard to find, due to the street location but there's a huge sign that's easily viewable. Their parking lot is very spacious too. The girl at the front desk is super friendly and I really enjoyed her energy. She quickly checked my boyfriend and I in and were told to be seated. They have plenty of room to wait and we didn't have to wait for too long. The bedroom itself is much smaller than other dispensaries I've been to, but they do have plenty of options. My biggest complaint is their customer service. Individuals aren't very personable. It's a more, "what do you want?" type of place. As someone who's new to going to dispensaries I would've appreciated a little more help. It's also cash only!! If you don't have cash, then they offer an ATM in the bud room and the fee is much smaller than expected. I believe it was $2.75. This place is selling PGR cannabis which is TOXIC and refuses to look into it. I spoke to three different associates and not one of them even knew what I was talking about. Or course the manager gives me his spiel about how the product is already opened so I can't return it - no shit, I want my money back so I can buy some tree from another club that won't fuckin poison me. They blamed it on the recent law change for taxes. Yet I was able to buy a papa and Barkley 30 count bottle at a competitor for $75 the next day.
