We have made several purchases with this company in the past the last one showed up on my credit card statement with an extra $10 in addition to the receipt amount. When we called to ask why the first person Alice we spoke with tried to say you need to call your bank. It's probably a charge from your bank. No it's not a charge from my bank. It's a separate credit card and I have a credit union. Then she stated she would check into it and call us back in about 48 hours. Fast-forward several days no phone call. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and then magically we got a call. Then they told my husband that they were not going to give us money back that I would have to get it back in another purchase as a credit providing we called some number ahead of the next purchase in person. Also, this person Mbrstilla (spelling given to my husband)?? says to my husband oh, it was a charge for using a credit card. The second excuse. Well, it never showed up on our other receipts. It should've been discussed and show on that receipt that we signed and approved. No I want my money back. It was not yours to keep furthermore, I'm not doing business with this company again. It's illegal to tack on money after a signed purchase and send it to your credit card company. It's pathetic after spending hundreds of dollars at this place that they would stoop so low. read more

I haven't been to a dispensary in a while. I used to go downtown but I thought I would try something closer. The store is literally five minutes from my house. Parking is great, the guard will open the door was super friendly, and so was the receptionist. The store is big and clean, and they were so many things! Everything was great until I needed some help. The girl who came to help us could not have looked more bored and put off. I had used a tincture for pain a few years back and when I asked for that brand or some thing similar, she just said they did not have it. She recommended a cartridge, and I mentioned that that was not an option for me, that I wanted a tincture. Well, that was the end of our conversation. No recommendations, no alternatives. So I turned around and left. This is exactly why I used to make the trip downtown. They were always welcoming, very professional, and the people working in the back listened and were very knowledgeable. read more

This entire company needs to be put out of business, i went there and got denied because of my service animal and when i tried to explain my dog was service certified and i have my documents from the kenbel master and trainers as well the the DVA and so on they told me too shut the hell up and leave. Its a merchandise store that so happens to sell cannabis product. They sell low and mid quality flower for inflated prices, probably to make up for all the merch just sitting in shelves. You're not fooling anyone with the "$35 here, $45 anywhere else" selling point. read more

I didn't have my card and I just had Debit Apple Pay and he said without the card I can't pay. Wasted my time. Great customer service!! I purchased a battery that didn't work when I got home. Of course I threw away the packaging and receipt but was back in the store a week later and told my budtender (I'm sorry, she wrote her name down for me but I lost it) what had happened. She was wonderful! She told the manager Cecil (I only remembered his name because we talked about it) what had happened and he came out and tested the battery and gave me a full refund!! Without a receipt or the packaging! Unheard of these days! I was shook at what amazing customer service I was receiving! This is my go to spot from now on and I'll tell everyone I know! Bravo Kolas! Just left without being allowed to purchase. I lined up in the express line, walked away for a moment then came back only to see others in the line. I told them I was in the line and was met with silence as the budtender assisted me while a customer apparently was angry that I was being helped and stood closely over my back while angrily mumbling in my ear. I told the employee I didn't feel comfortable with him behind me like that, thinking she would deescalate the situation and that's where he's having words with me and the employee suddenly telling me i have to leave and that she's not going to help me and telling security that he stays. I was shocked initially but then I remembered she's probably a pothead left to be in charge of a situation she doesn't know how to deescalate so I asked for a manager who didn't want to hear my side and said I had to leave. That's when I realized that I'm black and the other guy isn't black so they wanted me out while they helped him. read more
