Its in a parking lot but you can park there and walk right up. There are a variety of vendors and priced nicely. They welcome you right on to the front yard of their beautiful estate and trust you to leave cash and take what you honestly paid for. I've bought corn from them for years and never once got a bad tasting ear and never once had a bug in the husks. She goes right out on a gator and gets corn. $4 cash for 12 freshly picked that day still warm from the sun ears of corn. I had a $5 so I took 14 ears to feed 6 people. Every single one was perfect.
