Their crêpes come with lots of fresh fruit and are much more delicate as well. I've just checked their current menu and they have switched the sauce for a raspberry coulis, which sounds interesting. Anyway, those crêpes cost at least twice as much and it's necessary to have a reservation to be sure of getting any! And of course it's quite a long drive form Sherbrooke! I'm going to try to mix a little coffee cream with some of the maple syrup at Chez Charlie when I go later this week and see how I like it. I do want to point out that the coffee at Charlie's, as the person who took me there calls it, is very very much better than one would expect from a small neighbourhood restaurant.
