I believed that Brian the manager, knew what he was talking about . I hooked onto my fifth wheel and took off for North Dakota. As I was driving pulling my RV , the noise I had initially pointed out to Herbs started getting louder and louder . Terrible overall. I was quoted 4 hours and $225 for a…read moreleaking transmission cover. They didn't know I didn't need a gasket and it was an epoxy seal. Turned into overnight, almost $300, never got a call to pick it up, I had to call. Fast forward: I pick it up. My driver handle is now broken. I reschedule another appointment for the handle to be fixed. To their credit, they fixed it no charge. I get the vehicle home, a few days pass. I am backing up, notice there's no back up alarm anymore. Almost hit something because of it. I opened up my fuse box, 8 fuses are blown/not working. Changed all fuses myself, because at this point, regardless of their reputation, they are low quality. This might have been a great place I'm it's heyday, but their reputation from then is all they have. The original owners/mangers have retired or have left it in the hands in incapable, slick tongue salespeople that don't know what they are doing.

Counter person asked if I needed the car back that day and said they were slammed and couldn't get it done that day. If your website shows early morning available appointment times for an easy couple hours job and you can't fulfill that, at least call the customer and let them know in advance. I took my vehicle down the road to another shop and they took me right in. I won't be back to Hills and Dale's auto care because of poor communication.
