I went to the car wash to see what services they offered and the cost. The next day I called to see how long it would take and to see if I needed an appointment. I was told that I could get their non member express detail and that would take about 45 min. to complete. I wanted the top tier which is $85.00. The following day I arrived only to be told by the woman attendant that they did not have a $85.00 car wash offer. I explained everything that I went through to no avail. I went through the car wash and spoke to a manager. He apologized and went to speak to the young lady and disappeared. I finished the job outside on my own. I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this car wash. I drove in with a perfectly fine vehicle, my passenger-side mirror was completely intact with no damage or issues at all. After going through the wash, I pulled out and discovered that the entire passenger-side mirror cap and the base of the mirror had been completely ripped off. I immediately reported the damage and they said they would review their cameras. After reviewing the footage, they admitted they could see the car wash equipment pull the mirror cover off during the wash. However, they claimed they had "no proof" that the mirror wasn't already broken before I entered. This makes absolutely no sense, especially since the footage clearly shows my mirror intact and not broken when I first drove into the car wash. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I asked to speak with someone above the manager, they gave me a phone number and told me to call the next day. I waited an entire day for a callback from a representative who ultimately couldn't help me at all. Then about two hours later, the general manager, Mike, called and told me there was nothing they could do and nothing they were willing to do to make the situation right. For context, the vehicle I drive is a Tesla. I contacted Tesla service for an estimate to repair the damage, and the cost was close to $1,100 to fix the mirror assembly that was damaged in their wash. Despite this, the company did not offer to help with the repair, provide any compensation, offer discounted washes, or make any effort whatsoever to resolve the situation. This car wash is also extremely aggressive and rough. Every time I've gone through it, the equipment bends my front license plate cover and I have to bend it back afterward. When i shared that had also happened with Mike, he said to get a stronger cover, mind you, I did have a cover but it was ripped off the first time I went through the wash. Shame on me for continuing to go through, thinking nothing worse would happen to another part of my car. Unfortunately, this time it did. Instead of taking responsibility, they handed me an incident report stating they did nothing wrong, claimed they were not liable, and told me to file a claim with my own insurance company. Be aware that if you go through this car wash and their equipment damages your vehicle, they will not take responsibility for it. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this car wash and all other Canton Car Wash locations! read more

While the configuration can be confusing, the spaces around the property for those who opt to use self serve is fantastic. The service wash itself is seamless and offer 3 tier levels from gold to platinum with add-ons. They do offer monthly membership unlimited wash for those who need the service more frequently. The property is well maintained and always a bay available when self service is needed. Plenty of supplies available and replenishes during peak times, and equipment is functional and up to date. Absolutely Disgusting Customer Service - Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. I've never been treated with such disrespect at a business I PAY to use. I have a membership at this location, and today I stopped by just to use the vacuum service (which I'm entitled to as a member). The manager, Stan, approached me with a nasty attitude, cut off the vacuum machines, and told me I couldn't use them unless I got my car washed -- which is NOT the policy. When I calmly tried to explain that I didn't need a wash today, just a quick vacuum, he became rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Is this how you treat paying members? Cutting off service because I didn't want to go through the wash? That's pathetic. I work hard for my money, and I will NOT continue supporting a business that allows managers like this to treat loyal customers like garbage. I just had my first full service at this wash and it was not good. The customer service was great but the quality of the full service clean was not. My rugs were replaced wet and the back seat and dashboard was not wiped at all. Trash was still left in the car. I now have to clean the dashboard and backseat when I paid for the service. Kevin suggested and express detail last visit and it was truly worth the price (even though the price was very affordable $50 for members). I was excited to see a full service car wash in the area. Figuring this place out was so confusing. The in and out isn't posted and can be frustrating. The in for the self service is the out for full service. The car wash was fine and did the trick. Slightly unnerving to think you might hit another car. The main stars are the pull ins for the vacuuming, spray gun and towels. They even have spray cleaners for you to use! The towels are moist for cleaning and that's great however there is no difference between clean and dirty towels! This was pretty annoying at some point someone took the towels completely and was left with nothing. Overall I'll be back but some bumps need to be figured out! read more

We wanted to try something new. I've always washed my cars and I wanted to give it a shot for this new car wash, we have a 2022 Chevrolet 3500 pick up. We had the full service done, $22 for a wash and $20 for interior/ detail (because it's a bigger car they charged us a little more) , $42.00 in total. Car wash - Car wash was fair, we got the premium wash. our car was clean and shined, unfortunately we forgot to take down our antenna so it broke during the wash, so that was a bummer but other then that we had no problem. Detailed/interior - We previously had some dried mud on the floor, and dog hair on the seats. Hoping they would clean it for us(as we bought the full service?) We got back into the car very disappointed. It looked like they didn't even try. Like it was rushed so they could move on to the next car. We had hair all over the place still, smeared spots, and they use a belt way to move the cars, which makes the work fast. 10 minutes down the drain 42.00 later and I still had to go out get cleaning supplies and do it all over myself. Summary- 2/5 rated* I was looking forward too it, I heard very good things about them, I was intrigued into the coffee bar inside, and don't get me wrong the guys seemed very well trained and very nice. Just wish they could have done a little better. And I'm not stuck up or a perfectionist, but if someone asked if a 5 year old cleaned the car, you would have been upset as well. The ladies who are at the checkpoint are always nice however the dudes who clean the inside not so much. One guy always seems so angry and they never wipe the outside of my car down. I leave with water spots every time. Do yourself a favor and just get the exterior plan if you must go here because you will just end up having to clean up from their mess. Mind you, The area that is inside is behind a sign that says do not enter. He proceeded to tell me it's not a big deal, and I can just go online.
