Instead of resolving it calmly, she continued to be loud and disrespectful. It wasn't until the man working there stepped in that she finally handed over the sauces. This was disappointing and unnecessary. My husband is a huge Chinese food lover, and we truly wanted to enjoy a nice meal while visiting family. Instead, we left angry and disappointed. Customer service matters, and this was far from the welcoming experience we hoped for.
