It's located on Town Lake Parkway and Eagle Drive about 1.5 miles east of I-575. The store became sorta famous for a while because some of the actors from the show The Walking Dead live nearby so fans would often spot them shopping here. The shopping center's main attraction is of course Kroger Grocery store. Nearby businesses includes the following 1. Menchie's 2. Panera Bread 3. Bruster's Ice Cream 4. Burger King 5. Cheeseburger Bobby's 6. UPS Store 7. Maple Street Biscuit Company 8. Your Turn Kids-consignment shop 9. Kani House Japanese Steak House 10. Chick Fil A (across the street) Even though they cut down a forest and a half just so people can park their cars here. Still the parking lot get full esp on the weekends. Also watch out for people backing out of their parking spot. They seem to never look behind them and they seem to think backing out at 45 mph is a good idea. Ho Ho Ho…read more lol I've been to the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta quite a few times so I thought it was time to give them some kudos. Good location right off the highway with lots of other retail and restaurants all around it. I like the way it's laid out. Pretty much just like city blocks. Up one street and down the next with many designers stores for the young and older. I thought the food court was a little small and lacking some nicer restaurants. But plenty of restaurants less than 2 minutes away. Always clean inside and out. They seem to take a lot of pride in the appearance of the mall. Definitely one to keep on your list to try. You can hit lots of stores very quickly.

There wasn't too…read moremany stores though, so we ended up walking down Broad St which runs parallel to Chestnut St toward the aquarium and popping in very few places (Moonpie General Store and a candy store). The Classic Arcade Pinball Museum had a ridiculous entry fee. Stopped at Pinkberry for some froyo just before it closed for the day. The Umbrella Alley photos were fun though.

However, the mall is lacking a lot. There are only a handful of shops and some were closed. One employee told us that the mall is closing soon. I did enjoy the paint your pottery place. Other than that and Belk, I'm not sure I'd come here for any shopping.

JCrew Factory Avenues West Cobb…read more I just want to say how much I love walking into the JCrew Factory store at The Avenues of West Cobb! Their customer service is exceptional! Their clothing fits every aspect of my family's lifestyle: for me, my husband, and two children. There a one stop shop and now closer to where I live! I didn't realize they have been open there at that location since March 2024, however I'm glad a found them! I love their clothes! Also, they always have a great sale going on! I find great quality clothing, shoes, and accessories at an affordable price!

It's also set up very friendly to be able to walk around, with wide sidewalks all around so even with a lot of traffic in and out you don't feel caught in the middle of it. We came around Christmas which was crazy busy but once we were able to find a parking spot (which was a little rough) it felt totally fine walking here and there. They also have a few niche businesses here too, like an Asian toy store, a botox store and eye clinic. Tons of options, plus all the restaurants and a small food hall to sit in.

This outlet place was about 1-1.5 hours out of the way but very doable. It worked out great! We found a baby store, loaded up on baby clothes and toys. We were there around 3-5 in the afternoon. It was an easy in-easy out. The place has so much parking. The layout is a bit weird. Instead of being circular or squared off like most of these places... it seemed like a long line of stores on each side. Not a huge deal but it did seem like more walking than what most of these places provide. They have all the typical stores. We looked around some but were just trying to make it to our destination so we didn't stick around too long.
