I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand,no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues -all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.

For years I was thrown under the bus by another local practice and Dr. Badwei was extremely thorough and I honestly didn't even feel the Novocaine shots, and I'm terrified of that most! I was very impressed with all of the Certificates of Degrees in the dentistry and sedation practice, he is a very highly educated and you can tell by how thorough and meticulously he worked on my teeth! I was in danger of losing two teeth and I KNOW that any other dentist I've been to wouldn't have saved them, or would have even of cared enough to have tried to save my smile. Dr. Badwei is really the best dentist I've ever been to! The office staff is really friendly and so are the dental assistants. I had a root canal done and it wasn't bad at all. In and out quickly with very little pain. Very good hours. Open till 7 a couple nights a week and also open on Saturdays! Now they are refusing to tell me where our favorite dentist has gone. Even the first year that my husband was seeing these folks, working with a different dentist, they seriously over billed us and filed the insurance incorrectly. It took me over six months and multiple billing rounds to clear up the thousand$ of dollars of over charges. I don't trust any doctor/dentist who has one hand in my pocket while he is treating me.

My anxiety when it came to the dentist was horrible which lead me to let my teeth go. I came to Dr. Roth with probably 10 plus cavities. After my first appointment of just x-rays (knowing I need fillings and novocaine) I canceled and rescheduled so many times that no other dentist would have accepted me as a patient probably. He refused to do an emergency repair on her front tooth that he initially fixed. Leaving her in a very embarrassing and emotional situation. We found another compassionate dentist in the same area that got her in and repaired it for her I would highly recommend avoiding at all cost.
