Forrest, the owner is a great listener who addresses the physical workout needs of each person individually. The machines give an obvious significant workout and the place allows for individualized attention. I cannot say enough about the improvements made in such a short time. My upper body strength has improved by 40 per cent and my lower body strength has increased by 25 per cent. I'm excited to see where I'll be in the next 10 months.
