I ordered a brand new couch that was discontinued but I was told they could still order it new, my mother ordered the exact same one and it took 8 weeks to be delivered. Mine was apparently ready immediately which was weird. When it arrived there were very obviously used felt pads with someone else's dirt on them and I was told by the delivery guys that this piece wasn't factory sealed it was shrink wrapped and sold to me as a new couch when it was used. Additionally it was all wonky and the arm rest made a clicking sound and the cushions didn't line up. I raised these concerns immediately with the delivery guys and was told to keep it as a loaner and talk to the store to find a solution. There are a lot of features I like about the couch that I couldn't find in another one so after numerous discussions with the owner Andy I agreed for them to repair it and if I was happy with it then they would give me a 10% discount as it is still obviously a used and damaged piece. Also in conversation here I learned that their supposed worry free warranty that I purchased doesn't cover any structural components it's just for stains. Again misleading and not what I was sold on. I have since decided that I don't want their warranty as it wasn't what I was told it was and this entire process of them fixing it has been less than desirable as I had to follow up multiple times to get anything done. It has now been 4 weeks since the final repair. I have spoke to at least 5 different people at this store about the refund on multiple occasions and had to explain this story 15 times yet I STILL have not received the refund I was promised. How many people do I have to speak to for this to be resolved when they have all called and told me that they will get it dealt with and follow up. Not one of them has followed up. I am a business owner myself and it is VERY simple to process a refund. There are no excuses at this point and I suppose I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company since they are clearly incapable of resolving an issue as they promised. read more

We were on the hunt for new living room furniture that is comfortable at a reasonable price, I saw FE on a FB ad and started checking them out. We went way down south as no other stores could compare price wise so I used the chat to inquire about a specific piece at 6:30 AM and was shocked to get a phone call from SHIBU to help answer my questions. We made plans to connect with him in store on the weekend. He was went above and beyond for us measuring, explain the fabric, reviewing the warranty and anything else we asked. We bought a beautiful couch, it was delivered with white glove service by 2 very professional men who took care and attention to delivery and installation. Then after a day we both realized we had made a mistake and it was too big for our space, so I called SHIBU, he told us to come in and we spent over an hour with him and other FE staff to find the perfect sized couch to meet our needs. I saw an ad on facebook for the type of couch I was looking for for my new condo. I decided to go to the store to view it. I was met at the door by AJAY. He was friendly and professional. He showed me the couch I had seen and I decided it was too big. AJAY showed me a few others and I was thrilled to find the perfect one. I decided to purchase and the whole process was easy and done very professionally. From the purchase experience to the delivery and set up at my condo I was very pleased. This store has very nice unique furniture and accessories and quite reasonably priced. Staff were very helpful, Ajay was my salesman and was helpful all the way through. Just bought my first couch from here today to go in my first house! Furniture shopping, especially couch shopping is expensive and exhausting. I shopped at so many places before going here: LayZboy, Leon's, the brick, show home furniture, etc. etc. etc. I knew that shopping local was important to me as well as supporting the Canadian economy. I landed on Rossini's furniture store and found they had amazing deals but are going out of business but their sister or brother store is Furniture Extreme and on Monday all their pieces are being moved to Furniture Extreme so I decided to check this place out. They were very helpful and one nice thing is that they can order you a piece in but you have to pay 50% down and if it arrives at the store and you don't like it then you get your money back in full refund or store credit that can only be spent at the store. When we bought the couch they asked us how we found out or heard about them and we told them through friends and then they asked us the friends name and found them on their computer so because we had a referral we got $25 off which is pennies when your spending $5000 and the friends that referred us got $250 to be spent in the store. Buyer beware I bought a couch from here 2 1/2 yrs ago. The couch seems never lined up when we got it. The couch foam had to replaced before 6 month and the couch started tearing from sitting on it with in a year of having it. I spent $2000 on a couch that's only 2 1/2 yrs old and its ready for the dump. I wrote a review on FB yesterday and Zack from furniture extreme reached out to try and fix the situation. Instead he continued to waste my entire work day yesterday by sending me unhelpful messages and then had the balls to I quote " we are not the store for you" that was Zack answer to fixing my couch. This has been the worst experience with any store I have ever encountered in my life. I went to 4 other furniture store to check there policies and all of them would of replaced my couch as it was defective. Please save your money and buy from any other furniture store. Also Zack went as so far as to block me from being able to message them anymore after he reached out to help but all he did was call me a lier and waste my time. read more

I bought a dining set from these people in October 2018 and I am still dealing with them on June 2019 due to their awful business conduct. I ordered a dining set that came to my door in rough condition after 5 weeks of waiting for its arrival and it was the wrong set than I requested. I asked them to discount it and I'll still keep it. They offered me only 5% discount and I didn't accept it. The second replacement set that came in is also broken and has a line coming through the surface of the table but not as bad as the first one. So I decided to keep it at a discounted rate since at this point 3 months have passed and I was tired of waiting and arguing about this. To save everyone a hassle, I decided to keep the furniture at a discounted price. But the final bill was higher than promised. I went to discuss it with the owner. He didn't get back to me as he promised. I got a lower bill in the mail. I paid it right away. They then surprised me with a new bill after my balance was 0$. I am talking to the owner about this as my credit it is at risk. The owner keeps emailing me arguing back and forth rather than providing a productive solution, reaching a compromise, or even apologizing. Since they are arguing and not solving the issue, I asked them to pick up their items which is still in as is new condition with tags on it. They are pulling another stunt... They first promised to return my furniture sets at no cost due the circumstances but now they are claiming shipping back fees and 25% restocking fees. Overall, I am very disappointed about my experience with them because not only did I put so much time and energy into this, I am still stuck with the broken set along with a new surprise bill that the owner will not write off nor will they own any responsibility for the whole experience. But you know what, karma is always around the corner. read more

I recently purchased a sofa and recliner chair (Ashley design) from Furniture Extreme and from beginning to end, the service was excellent. The young woman who served me in the store was knowledgeable and if she didn't know an answer, she immediately called for the answer. I was pleased to learn they offer loaner furniture until my new furniture was built. The saleswoman was pleasant but not at all pushy. The furniture was ready in 10 days, exactly what the saleswoman had promised. The delivery occurred within a 2 hour window as was promised ( I could still attend to errands etc without feeling like I had to wait around all day) The delivery men were professional, focused on their task and careful with the product Lastly, the furniture is beautiful and suits my condo. In the midst of the purchase of my first home, it was difficult for me to know which side I needed/wanted my chaise to orient in a sleeper sectional. From the time I met the sales guy to my indecisive issues and changing the orientation of my sectional; the forgiveness and willingness to be flexible to my needs was absolutely incredible! I changed my mind at least 3 times, and they happily accommodated my indecisiveness. To the point they ordered both options to their warehouse and on top of it all, when I finally made my decision, Jacqueline called the manufacturer to bring my choice in earlier than was projected.
