On Sept 18, 2020, I paid this company $159.00 for a Chevrolet Trailblazer Cargo Liner. It arrived on 10/10/2020 in a plastic wrapper not boxed or otherwise secured to ensure it would arrive undamaged. The material used to make the liner is very good. No complaints there. However, the liner is secured in place by self-adhesive strips. UNACCEPTABLE!! Had I known about the faulty design I would have NEVER purchased it. AND, if I had known it would take them 26-days to deliver it I would not have purchased it. They never once supplied a shipping date. Finally, when it did not arrive I called the number on the invoice. I was told the following week. Nope, didn't happen. It shipped TWO weeks later. They LIED to me. There is no way to keep the liner in place over the long run. I am quite certain that my three dogs will have the liner pulled loose from the self-adhesive strips inside of the first trip. Without some way to permanently anchor the liner in place, it will not serve the purpose for which it was purchased. The product is very poorly designed, cost too much for such a poor design, and delivery is too slow. All in all this has been a very bad experience. This is refreshing, because many companies forget how this can make or break a business. Secondly, the products are made in the U.S.A. This is something that I really try to support when possible. Thirdly, the craftsmanship on the product is outstanding and I have zero complaints. I'm so glad I stumbled upon them while searching for some sort of cargo cover alternative. I didn't just want my cargo floor to be protected, but my seat backs, too. While I don't haul anything impressive, I often throw my bikes, hiking gear, and other potentially greasy and dirty objects in the back and my seat backs were left exposed with other so called cargo liners. Finally, these covers are custom made to your vehicle, but the turnaround and shipping were really quick. If you have a popular vehicle, they may even have your cover on hand.
