I started coming here a few months ago. I am so happy with everything about this place. The warm greetings when you come in, the ease of appointment makings and the flexible schedules. I really feel like I'm being heard and my care is important. I've noticed a change already in my body since getting chiropractic care here. read more

The doctor is really nice let me just tell you that right away. However when they checked my insurance they told me that I was covered for free chiropractic care. I later found out that I was not which was fine. So I received a bill four months later. When I went in right after receiving the bill to make payments I was told if I did not pay it off soon that I would be sent to collections. I was there to start making payments because I had just received the bill. I don't understand why somebody would send you to collections when you are making payments. This to me is poor business. I was not delinquent I had just received the bill I was making sizable payments I was not making five dollar payments this infuriated me. So they would have received one star but the doctors really nice. Since the incident the doctor has called apologized I appreciate that I have changed the two star review to four it was a mistake I hope they have corrected. So I left the review so people will just beware. read more

I scheduled my 87 year old mother for a therapeutic massage on the hope that it would invigorate her after the long COVID shut down. As this establishment was close to both of us (She still drives, but I try to accompany her to her appointments), I made arrangements for a 1 hour (out of pocket) massage. We arrived, filled out the paperwork, and they took her to a room. As it was lunch time for the receptionist, I was asked to leave for the hour she was in. It was very hot outside, but I complied. After they allowed me back in, we finished up the paperwork and scheduled a next appt. I explained to them I was hoping for weekly appointments (out of pocket)($70.00)(no break despite not having to deal with insurance hassles). We did schedule a time, but I told them I would be unable to escort Mom. Unfortunately, my Mom did not get a reminder call, email, text, and missed the appt, the called to inform her she owed $35 and what time did we want to reschedule. I would have hoped they would have taken her age, and the fact they do not have a reminder system in place, but they were firm on charging her the missed appt. fee. No luck, and I get it, but she has now completed two follow up massages at a neighbor recommended chiro center (friend rate at $50) and is feeling awesome. While I understand the need to have clients show up, again, seems there was some extenuating circumstances and Caynon is now out $280 per month, no insurance hassles, for the foreseeable future. Nice way to treat an 87 year old woman, not. read more

Quick inexpensive adjustments that fix my back every time. They can usually get me in during my work lunch break too, with same day appointments, which is very convenient. read more

I was eager to find a dependable chiropractor in the Tric-Cities area. When I found Canyon Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, I was completely impressed with Dr. Campbell's technique. I had several things that were out of whack, but Dr. Campbell was able to get everything back in working order. In addition to being a good chiropractor, Dr. Campbell is extremely personable.
