Previous physical therapists kept seeing her every week, kept charging, but nothing ever improved. After about 3 visits with Ken, and some very good advice from him, my wife's shoulder drastically improved - and he said we didn't need to come in anymore (as long as we followed instructions). Very impressed, they really know their stuff.

Had to get an orthotic ordered and was told it'd be several weeks before it'd come in. Wasn't even a custom fit piece, just an AFO. Went in for my fitting and the girl who fit/molded it ruined my shoes. My ankle was very weak and I was in a lot of pain and there was no way I could do it on my own. So I inquired about shoes that would be good for the AFO, but there was no recommendation. If you have the opportunity to visit Hanger Clinic right next door, do it and save yourself the hassle.

The staff here is super friendly. But they don't let you give up either. They push you harder than you think you can go, and they get results. I had a very bad roll over accident two years ago. Luckily, the only injury I sustained was to my left hand. Unluckily, it was a bad injury. Among other things, I was sure I would never play guitar again. My pinky would not move at all, my ring and middle finger were actually showing bone. I had an amazing surgeon in Spokane, but that will be a part of a different review. Once the stitches were out and the cuts were healed, it was time to make my hand move again. My hand had been flat and stationary during the healing process, so first up was getting the tendons to bend. I won't give you a play by play of my recovery, but it was hard. All the while, the staff joked and kept pushing, getting me results. My hand still hurts sometimes, and I will never play guitar like I did before. But I can play again, so I give these guys five stars. Incidentally, they have a great setup of exercise equipment and you can just go in and work out if you want. Obviously there is a fee, but I am sure it is pretty reasonable. Also, I think I would like to exercise where the people are trained in rehab and safe movement so you don't inure yourself.

Had knee surgery, and some other health issues that has kept him from walking, and living on his own. The care that he receives has been outstanding! I wish I could name everyone that works there, because they truly love and care deeply for all of their patients, especially my granddad! From the nurses, to the physical therapist, and the management staff, my granddad has received great care. If you have a loved one that needs special care, this place can and will do a great job. One thing to remember, always visit. Even though they have great care, it will still bring tears of joy to your loved one every time you stop in. Even for a quick 15 minutes.
